Great rates, great service and great people…read more It was my first time refinancing and I was recommended by a friend to hit up Rich and the team at Ezqualify. I compared rates out there with places like Better.com, Quicken Loans, First Republic Bank and another broker and nothing could compare with the rates I got from them. I had a prepay penalty on my existing loan of around $5.5k and wanted to see what options I had since rates were so low. I ended up getting a great rate even though I took a slightly higher rate to cover refinance cost and the prepay penalty. The lender gave credits and Rich made sure that he structured the loan in a way that would not leave any credits on the table. Rich and Leah were both fantastic. They were professional, responsive and very patient with the many questions I had as someone refinancing for the first time.
