Credit union doesn't support trust accounts…read more Credit union pulls a credit check without your approval or knowledge. Credit union refuses to update your address if you move out of santa Clara-- they'll keep sending mail to your old address. I'm getting our money out of this credit union and not looking back they are by far the worse financial institution I've ever worked with. I have 5 other credit unions I deal with and none of them are as incompetent as this one.
