    Amazing venue! I just used the venue for my mom's 80th birthday…read more First, the host, Jennifer, was so helpful. I could ask her any questions and she'd respond with an answer within minutes with multiple responses and/or options. All of my guests were complimenting me on the location, elegance, parking, open bar, and bouncy house. It accommodated all ages. I would recommend it to anyone. Jennifer made my mom feel like a queen and me a genius for picking this venue. You can pick a package or à la cart. The prices are reasonable on any budget.

    Orangecrest Club Baby Shower Experience: Stressful Planning and Poor Communication…read more I feel it's important to share our experience planning my daughter's baby shower at Orangecrest Club/Silent Host. From January through May, we made repeated efforts to resolve concerns and improve communication, hoping to make the planning process easier for everyone involved, but unfortunately those efforts were unsuccessful. We paid our deposit months in advance, yet after booking, the owner attempted to change previously quoted pricing for both the alcohol package and bartender. Additional fees also appeared later, including a security guard charge that had never been discussed during the booking process. Quoting the owner when we protested on the change of cost: "I'm not doing it for nothing just to break even." The biggest issue was communication. Despite repeated requests, we did not receive our contract until only 12 days before the event. The contract stated final payment was due two weeks before the event, yet we were expected to meet that deadline even though the contract was delivered after it had passed. When I asked questions about newly added fees and contract terms, responses were often delayed for days at a time. The venue itself worked well enough for our event (needs new flooring desperately), but the planning process was unnecessarily stressful. We struggled to obtain basic information needed for decorations and setup, and communication remained inconsistent throughout the process. We were told a security guard was required because alcohol was being served, but no security guard ever appeared. We were later told one had been sent away because we were "fine." The owner also left the event for several hours despite advertising an on-site "silent host" to assist when needed. After the event, despite leaving the facility exceptionally clean and being told our deposit would be refunded within seven days, it took multiple follow-ups and over two weeks to receive our refund. During one of those follow-ups, the owner asked whether we wanted to tip her or her staff. We had already tipped the bartender generously for her excellent service. The owner's inconsistent pricing, poor communication, surprise fees, delayed responses, and lack of professionalism made what should have been a joyful family event far more stressful than necessary. I believe she issued the contract after I started questioning her changes and increased prices, knowing it was so close to the event date we had no choice. She lied, she manipulated, and she should not be running a business. I gave her the opportunity to be accountable and instead she used our community forum to try to blame me for her shortcomings as an owner. Based on our experience, I would not rent this venue again. (This doesn't include all problems encountered, but for the sake of not writing a longer novel I tried to summarize best as I could.)

I don't even know where to start, but I cannot put into words how incredibly helpful he was. Any questions we had he was so sweet and kind enough to answer at almost all hours of the day! If you book here, I'd highly recommend Ricardo, he is extremely organized, and what I loved most about him is how professional he was the day of the wedding while still making sure everything was taken care of. He's human but perhaps part octopus because it felt like he had 8 arms with how much he was doing the day of the wedding while somehow always looking so composed. If only we can all remain that poise under pressure! Ricardo - thank you SO SO SO MUCH for your services during the year of planning, and the day of the wedding! This venue was great, i absolutely loved it as an outdoor venue. There are a few things I would love to give constructive criticism on to the venue for future weddings but overall I truly enjoyed our investment. If you are debating, you won't regret booking Miracle Garden, just make sure you ask for Ricardo! Also -- the florals here are CHEFS KISS, the work is truly that of someone so passionate. Such beautiful work, they're ten times more beautiful in person! The blueprint of the venue made it feel like you are truly inside a miracle garden, the greenery and trees everywhere make it so magical, those small details are what convinced us! Lastly A tip - if you are planning on providing your own name place cards make sure someone in your party reviews their placement because they were mixed up for my wedding sadly, some name cards were at the wrong tables / seats (they were numbered and labeled) which was unfortunate but perhaps a mix up with the decorators when they were placing the cards. Other than that, everything else was great!

From the moment you walk into the venue, beauty and elegance wash over you. The small touches that Adisleidys and her team add genuinely make all the difference. The appetizers, drinks, dinner, cake, and service were top notch. The floral arrangements were stunning. The thought and care that went into every detail made us feel incredibly special. All of our guests were absolutely blown away and kept telling us how stunning everything was and how impressed they were with the food. Miracle Garden truly delivered, and we are so grateful for their impeccable work. I provided my vision pictures, and they executed them to a T. Thank you to Miracle Garden, Adisleidys and Liz for making our day so unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect celebration.

    Where do I even start... this place completely surpassed our expectations…read more About a year ago when we first toured the venue, Desiree scheduled our visit and walked us through everything we needed to know about booking. What stood out immediately was that she never tried to push or sell us on anything. At several other venues we visited, we felt pressured right away, but that was never the case here. Instead, she simply provided us with brochures, menus, and helpful information about packages and vendors and told us, "It's your day -- make it personal. You tell us what you want." That approach alone sold us. We booked the venue a year in advance, and throughout the planning process the team was incredibly supportive. Even when a few things changed along the way -- like DJ adjustments, officiant changes, and other small details -- they worked through everything with us and made the process feel manageable. We're truly grateful for that. We made several appointments with Elvia our decorator who is an absolute gem and went above and beyond ensuring that our colors and placements and every small detail was tended to and we were absolutely happy with how she put things together! We had our wedding last night, and we want to sincerely thank Desire, Josie, Elvia, Melissa and Nichole the floor captains, David the bartender, Desmond and his security team, and the busser Ryan. Their planning, execution, professionalism, and friendliness did not go unnoticed by us or by our guests. I want everyone reading this to know that weddings and events take planning and all these wonderful people working here need from you is communication. When you don't have that, don't be surprised when things are missing or if theres confusion. It's not the venues fault. We were in constant communication and because of that everything came together beautifully, and we're incredibly thankful for the effort everyone put in to make our day so special. However, I had a very frustrating experience regarding vendor parking. Prior to the event, I was directed to park in a specific area that I was told was designated for vendors. After the event, I returned to find a $346 parking ticket because the area was apparently public city parking and not intended for vendor use. I do not feel this is fair, as I parked exactly where I was instructed to park by venue staff. I spoke with one of the managers, James, who mentioned they had never had issues with vendors parking there before. Unfortunately, another person's vehicle was reportedly towed that same day, which suggests there may be ongoing confusion regarding parking instructions. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this was the only location available for me to unload my DJ equipment. The venue is located on the second floor, and when I asked if there was another area where I could unload and park, I was told this was the only location to be able to unload my equipment and for other Vendors also. As a vendor bringing in heavy equipment, I relied on the directions provided by the venue staff. After speaking with someone higher up than James, I was told that I would need to contact the City of Riverside myself and see what could be done about the ticket. As a result, I am now the one spending time trying to resolve a $346 citation that I received while following the venue's instructions. My recommendation to anyone booking this venue is to get clear, written information regarding parking for both guests and vendors before the event. While the venue itself is nice, the lack of clear communication regarding parking created an unnecessary and costly problem. This was my first time working at this venue, and based on this experience, I would be hesitant to return. I hope the venue improves its parking procedures and communication so future vendors and guests do not experience similar issues.

    Just had my wedding at Crestmore Manor on 2/6/26 and it was everything I dreamt of and more!…read moreWe booked our venue early, I think August 2024 and before that had gone to a few of their open houses (I highly recommend doing that because I found my coordinator, photographer and videographer, invites and catering during their open houses). I did go in a couple more times after booking to get pictures of the venue too and everyone was also super kind those times too. The Last month leading up to the wedding Put me into more communication with the venue, specifically Teresita who was so helpful! Teresita always answered my emails quickly, was kind when I needed to make some last minute changes to my layout and was super great during the rehearsal and day of the wedding. She really was the best! And the team that worked at our wedding were all amazing as well! On top of that, the venue is gorgeous! We got married in front of the manor, had cocktail hour in the center of the venue, and had the reception in the carriage house. It's such an amazing setup for any wedding. The property is amazing and the perfect backdrop for pictures too. Hard liquor isn't allowed in the venue but it honestly was not missed. This venue is DIY so you bring your own vendors but like I said, they have open houses with vendors and it's a great place to meet some (it's honestly so helpful when the vendors know the property). Their pricing online is very easy to find so no trying to guess how much it is like a lot of venues. The getting ready suites are super cute and perfect to set up in. And if your reception is inside the carriage house then it comes with tables and chairs. I think if there was one thing I would change it is that I wish we could have earlier access to the venue or be able to leave stuff for the wedding the night before. I will say a strong group of vendors does help with this so make sure you choose well. But overall, I would get married here again! I truly feel like our wedding day was perfect! (And tons of guests complimented the venue!)

It was very spacious in my opinion. I thought the front of the building could be cleaned up a bit especially for a wedding ceremony, there's like spider webs at the top in plain view. To me, it looked like a funeral setting, so bit sire I'd recommend it here for happy events lol.
