I had my daughters quince here! My planning started the day my daughter turned 14! My 1st call was to hacienda hall and Miriam answered and I could hear her excitement through the phone explaining about the venue, that weekend we went to look! They had 3 beautiful rooms to show and after hearing everything we went for it and booked hacienda which was the biggest room! They were all so helpful from start to finish! I dealt with Miriam the whole year going through everything choosing decor,food, the week of gabby helped with all the questions that came with the stress of the last week! When we went in on Friday everything was set up and everything looked beautiful! Gabby went over the schedule and anything I would need help on to relay to daisy who would be my coordinator the day of! And let me tell you daisy did not disappoint! She was amazing from setting up my self serve nacho and tostiloco bar, to keeping it organized and clean, to keeping the servers on track with the night, helping to remind me what was next, and organizing the stuff in the kitchen for me to just grab and go once the night was over! To all the girls thank you for the amazing service you all have provided to make my experience amazing! Now as for my guests they were all impressed on how beautiful the venue was and I have not stopped hearing how amazing and beautiful everything was! read more

This was an awful experience. You book your hall a year out for your child's quince all for it to end in chaos. Aside from Miriam, the stuff here is terrible. There was a for June 29th on the day of my event and no one notified me or anyone in my family. I literally had to get up and ask the fire fighters what was going on because we were cooking inside the hall. Not at one point did the event coordinator, Daisy keep us in the loop. The waiter stole our cake. The manager has no ability to make executive decisions and the day of the event, the owners were unreachable. I paid over $12k and they refuse to reimburse me for the fiasco. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE As you see Daisy's reply below, she was the event coordinator that day who failed to communicate with us. The chairs were not the only service not provided and Gaby the manager said they'd be moved, but you, the coordinator did not do so. Yes, you offered us the difference but $2,700 is nothing in comparison to what we paid and the incident that occurred. I understand what the contract says but where in the contract does it allow you to endanger the lives of others for failure of communication? You endangered our lives by not communicating. The AC in the hall we were moved to, did not work at first. The company provided us with an extra 45 mins due to the delay but again, Gaby told us we would have 3 extra hours. When a mother begins to plan for her daughter's quince, she wants it to be one of the best days of her life. Looking at event halls I let my daughter make the decision as to what place she liked the most and she fell in love with the wooden floor and the chandeliers. To spend 17K to 18K in a hall to have everything included to have it ruined by two people and the lack of accountability from the owners is sad. The event was decorated beautifully by my friend (Osiniga) and family as they just did the tablecloths and goblets. The party started and it was nice, all going well until the DJ and the MC were not it, they were horrible, why? Did I provide them with a schedule when they did the total opposite and ruined the entire party. My daughter was to have her waltz with her chambelan then dance with all the men that has helped her in her young life since her father is absent next, to dance with all her friends and dear cousin, then her bonus mom (my best friend). Then she was to have an intermission change of her dress and do her special dance with mom surprise dance with mom and her friends. After that disastrous time my daughter ran to the restroom and cried. She was so heartbroken and embarrassed. After making her cry the DJ and MC they ruined all the songs she spent so much time dedicating to each person. They continued to not follow the timeline for the next thing on the itinerary, which was the toast and singing of her birthday and her thank you speech. That ruined it as well, it was not followed so at this point my daughter is crying and she is so incredibly embarrassed she doesn't want anything done because they already ruined it already now, she just wants to dance. She goes up to the DJ and asks for a song he then yells at her, that he don't know how to speak Spanish so then she asks in English his rudeness continues. Then the MC has left the building and then I paid to have the party go on to 2am guess what folks the DJ starts to pack up by 1045pm and says he only got paid to play until 11pm. Wait a minute!! I then talked to the venue staff all I heard I'm sorry I'm sorry they're new we have never used this DJ before but there is nothing we could do you all must leave. Talk about my daughter being super angry now not including my high blood pressure being through the roof. Why did I have to work at my daughter's event? I did the MC's job to keep everyone happy and try to keep things on time. I paid for this, and I had to work, not ok. When I finally spoke to the ladies in front, I got a petty refund for the goblets that were not used and the time I paid to stay open. WHAT ABOUT THE DJ and MC? My daughter's day was ruined, and I cannot do it again. When will I be able to make this up to her? At her wedding. the girls in the office we're wonderful however the day of the event we had a lot of issues. AC stopped working in the middle of the event. It was really hot close the dancing area. Our people had to go outside to get fresh air. We ordered food with them and the waiters were kind of slow. We constantly had to ask them to check on tables for people who were getting there. They didn't serve the cake to all tables. You are paying for this service a lot of money and you trust them. The security were there but towards the end of the night they were not helpful. They ended up stopping our DJ after an argument that didn't escalate with one of the people who we invited and they ended up leaving but security took it on them and decided to stop the music. This wasn't fair because they never asked who paid them to verify the information or what was going on. You spent a lot of money for someone to tell you the party is over and then they show no accountability. I will not recommend it to anyone. I wanted to do my other daughter quinceañera there but with all of this... it is not worth it. Find a better place. read more

Talking about amazing I had booked this hall in October for my 55th birthday party. I spoke to the coordinator and got an amazing pricing for the hall. This hall is very clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was very clean. Everything was so organized the host was very kind and sweet, went way above and beyond to tend to my event. The bartender was very nice and made our drinks exactly the way we had asked for them. The Hacienda Hall is in a great location has security, and is very well managed. Hacienda hall made my wedding dreams come to reality.management was always on top of answering all my questions specially with new covid guidelines. All my guest loved the over all aesthetics and attention to detail of the wood accent and chandeliers complimenting my rustic theme. Bar area was a hit. Restrooms are clean. And the patio has the cutest lights all around at night that gave the perfect rustic touch I was looking for. The day of my nieces 15nera suppose to be the most special day of her life and her mother ends up in the emergency room the same day and requires emergency surgery. Called to see if we can postpone and they didn't want to work with us. Everything was paid for they said she would lose the $. I hope the owners of this place NEVER have to go through something like this. My niece's mom will not be there with her daughter sharing this special moment, it breaks my heart. Was recently here on 2 separate occasions and I must say I was impressed with this location. Nice wood floors don't compare to carpet that other locations have. Same can be said about the Central AC they have running. Other locations run fans instead to save on the electric bill. Weak..... The best part was the Alcohol. Since they don't sell any, its BYOB. So we all know we can save a buck or two bringing our own supply. The Manager, can't remember her name but I think it's Gaby or Gabby, was very professional and had great customer service. So we booked with Hacienda Hall we used Reinas on September 21, 2019 they did an amazing job. They let me bring everything in the Morning to set up even gave me extra tables for our desert table any questions I had where answered and everything I wanted to add they worked with us. All the staff members where very helpful from start to finish. My guest were all happy and the servers where great made sure all my guest Had drinks. Amazing!!! Is the only way I can describe our experience with Hacienda Hall!! I was able to help my brother and now sister-in-law as "wedding planner" for their wedding 10/19/19. From beginning to end, we had the best help from Gabby and all the staff at Hacienda Hall. Any question or concern we had was always listened to and accommodated. They were nothing but professional and really took the time to understand the couple's vision for their big day. We really liked that guests were able to mingle in different locations, including the dining area/ dance floor/ bar area/ patio area. The pricing was very reasonable and we were able to make adjustments to have just what we needed. AMAZING staff to work with & very flexible with your time as they know how hard an event can be to be planned out. they managed to help me with such a short notice of planning my event. We rented out the Angelitos Hall & OMG! so beautiful & very spacious, the bartender has there own little room & the music will have a stage of there own, let's not even mention the game room included the big kitchen. Very beautiful overall! security was amazing as well as our manager of the night. Had my wedding in the hacienda hall on 4/21/18 it was beautiful! Gabby and Jasmine were awesome from beginning to end! I got the package which included decorations, food, security, waiters etc. The food was delicious, bartenders were good, decorations were beautiful, only think I had any issues with was working with the vendors as most of them only speak Spanish I had to have my fiancé talk to them and he's not a good translator but Gaby helped as much as possible! I'd definitely refer friends and family! This was the only venue in the area that gave me the flexibility to make my vision come to life! read more

I attended my best friends wedding at Hacienda Hall recently. Let me start by saying WOW! I had seen the hall online but in person it looks so much bigger. It has high ceilings and about 9 chandeliers. The hall is so private that it even has its own gated parking lot.  As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by a guard. The hall has an attached patio area with a big fountain in the middle of it. You can take a break outside and enjoy the outside lighting and fountain. It also comes with a game room which is perfect if you have kids like me (Bring lots of quarters). The women's restroom had three stalls and a changing room. Out of all the halls I've partied at these were the nicest restrooms I've seen (ugh they had such nice mirrors). But most importantly my best friend had an amazing time. They helped her coordinate her event from A-Z (except the drinks and alcohol). If I ever get married again I'm definitely coming here. As a guest/ bridesmaid that attended to an event here I highly recommend it. read more

This venue is absolutely amazing! I had a last minute (3 days to plan) 40th birthday for my husband and the staff here was nothing but helpful and lifted so much stress off of me. From the hall reservations to the bartender Martin DJ Erick and the food caterers...I could be more happy and my guest were absolutely amazed by how great this place was and the service provided. Michelle was on site the entire event and was so helpful and great. Last, but not least, Gaby...I can not thank you enough for services you provided and thank you for helping me when I was by myself. By far the best hall in San Bernardino & super nice management. I have attended to 2 parties here, my friend's wedding and my cousin's Quinceanera. They have three halls and they all look different. The biggest one which I believe is Hacienda looks take after its name. Looks very nice, old fashioned style and includes a patio area where your guest can go out. There is also a big fountain. It has large hallways, kitchen area, arcade machine room, large restrooms (also changing room). Has a large bar in the back side of the hall and they let you bring your own drinks. Which I thought was great because it saved us guest a lot of money. We end up choosing Hacienda for my cousin. Because we had a lot of guests. Reinas hall is not much smaller and has three big chandeliers and a dance floor that has lights that light up the ceiling. Also has kitchen, bar, game room, and restrooms. My friend's wedding was at Reinas. So those were the halls where I have attended the parties and both were great. On the staff; the guards and manager were very helpful and not too pushy like other halls I've been to. They are strict and check people as they come in but also give you chances and don't just stop the party for any reason. I've seriously been to many parties before and I must say I've never seen my friends or family have any issues with this place. read more

On  March 24, 2007 I had my Sweet 16 at Angelitos and I just booked my second event for my upcoming wedding in February 2018.  I was pleasantly surprised with how much the place has improved and how much variety they have now. When my parents first book Angelitos it was their newest hall(Now they have 4 halls).             As I read some of the reviews they have I thought I should defend them from some of the bad things written. Not I or  any  of my guest ever saw roaches anywhere inside the hall. When we did our initial inspection we checked everywhere to mark down any damage that could possibly be there before the event started. Since you leave a deposit in case of any damage  they check before and after event. Everything was given to us clean and in working condition .Another problem some other people reviewed on was the AC, I don't know when they had their event but in March  the hall was very cold until people actually started dancing then it warmed up a bit(only on dance floor area). So common sense if it's a summer event especially this Summer 2017 no matter how low you set the thermostat it won't feel like a freezer inside hall.             These venues are by far the most flexible halls to bring in your outside vendors. My parents were able to bring everything on my sweet 16 including their own drinks. This time around I decided to go with a package since it was cheaper  and  less of a hassle for me( I saw how my mom stressed out last time).  My parents have zero complaints of this place and we recommend them. read more

My parents had my little sister sweet 16 this past weekend on Saturday at the angelitos hall. On Friday we had the hall for an hour. We walk in the kitchen and there was cockroaches. It was so hot we asked them if it was going to be like this for the day of the party and they said no. The day of the party it was cool until people started to get there and it got so hot. Everyone was hot and sweating my dad asked if there was anything they can do about the AC and they said no. They ended up bringing a big fan out my dad asked for another one they gave him another one there was two more sitting in the back he asked for those two as well and they told him no he couldn't use them. When my mom booked this Hall the first thing she asked was how did the AC work being that the party was in July they said it works great but it didn't. The restroom were a sauna they had no AC in the restroom and no windows for any kind of air to come in. Right when you walked into the restroom the heat just hits you. My mom ordered the cake with the package of the hall. The cake was supposed to be there at 4:30. At 7 I asked my mom where the cake was she told me to ask the manager on duty(mind you the manager on duty had not explained to us that the cake was coming late) I ask her where was the cake at she said it's on its way. An hour past I asked again she said that the lady messed up on the cake and was redoing it the cake. Thr cake didn't get there until 845 she had to set it up we didn't cut it till 9:10. Our photographer was supposed to leave at 7 we had to pay $200 more for her to stay two extra hours just to take pictures of the cake with my sister. When they set up the cake it wasn't even the way we wanted it set up we wanted stairs they gave it to us stacked in tiers with the waterfall. There was all kinds of dense on the cake and it wasn't even leveled on some sides. Once we cut it the inside was orange and it was falling apart because I'm sure it was sitting out for a long time in the heat. (I have pictures) So my parents go for the meeting to get the deposit back. They gave them their full deposit back. And they also gave them $100 because the cake was late which I think was bullshit because they were breach-of-contract when they said that there was supposed to be there at 4:30 and got there at 8:45 and set up by 9. We had to pay two extra hundred dollars for the photographer and the cake was all messed up. They even gave them a $500 voucher for them to use their Hall again but expires March 2018. You really think we're going to go back when we had a horrible experience at this place. I wouldn't recommend this Hall to anybody. read more

I had my wedding at the new Paradise Hall this past weekend (March 24th.) We took a leap of faith and booked the hall even before it was completely finished. I'm talking concrete floors, no lighting or window treatments, wire, dust, wood and saws everywhere. Even the chapel wasn't finished yet but we booked for that too. Gabby made us feel safe and secure with our decision in booking before it was finished and kept us updated on timeline and process of the hall. Once it was completed, we were so happy. Both the chapel and Paradise Hall are absolutely beautiful. We had 100 guest attend our wedding and it was a perfect fit. If I had to absolutely comment on one issue that we had, which was probably my misunderstanding, is that I was under the impression we would be able to use the garden area in front of the hall for pictures with family and my husband before the guest were allowed to go into the hall at 4 PM. Once our ceremony was over and we walked to the gate to walk into the grassy area for pictures, it was locked and would not be opened till 4 pm. I thought the whole time we would be allowed to use it for pictures but since we weren't, we were frantically looking for an alternative area to take pictures that would make our pictures look nice which didn't work out as I envisioned. Again, probably my own misunderstanding this whole time but I know my pictures will not be as beautiful because of the fact that you'll probably see the parking lot in our pictures. Other than that, the food was Delicious. We chose italian and the food came out nice and hot. The servers were very attentive and really took care of my guest. The bartender was awesome. We had exclusive alcohol brought from puerto rico and he was impressed and kept our guest happy. Our DJ Eric did such an amazing job. We were so happy with him. We are a puerto rican/mexican family and it was very important for us to have a balance of both music genres and also have him work up the crowd and keep the scheduled timeline running smoothly. He did everything and then some. He provided us with complimentary touches that just made our wedding day go above and beyond. He kept everyone dancing till they couldn't dance anymore. One star is generous for this place. If your a bride or planning on having your reception here don't do it. My cousin got married here a week ago. The hall is spacious and nice, the bathrooms look like they have been remodeled recently but beware. After a couple of hours they start to smell horrible and the staff does not replenish the toilet paper once it runs out so your pretty much on your own. The staff is unorganized and unprofessional to the point that once they were done serving and cleaning they got on the dance floor and starting enjoying the party with the guests..who does that?! But by far the worse thing is this place has cockroaches...and lots of them. Once they dimmed the lights for the dance to start we started seeing them all over the place, in the hallway, on the dance floor and by the tables. I'm talking at least 6 or 7 of them and there were more outside. It was awful Also their ac was not working properly. When we arrived it was set to 81 and although they adjusted the temperature it never got below that. They had to bring in fans to help with the heat which is pretty bad especially when you have guests that are sitting right next to the noisy fans. The only good thing about this place is that they let you bring your own alcohol and cake so if you're on a budget it helps but still I would not recommend this place to anyone. . read more

One of the best places to host your event has 3 beautiful halls, we picked Hacienda for the quinceañera for my niece because its big and has a patio and fountain, good for pictures. The employee's are very generous and responsible, i offered them food and drinks and i even tried tipping them for their service and did not accepted it they said its their job. That made me feel overwhelmed and now i planned my other niece's quinceañera here and shhe is very exited, moments like these are priceless. read more

I attended a party at the Angelitos hall, i would not recommend this hall, first let me start by saying that the chandeliers are pretty, other than that, i have nothing positive to say about it, the walls are dingy so is the floor, the layout is very awkward the restrooms are next to the kitchen area, odd shaped kitchen at that, for 200 people you need more than just 3 bathroom stalls, the men's bathroom door is too small, there is a gap from the door to the frame at the top (classy) the toilet paper ran out it was never re-stocked, and also you cant thrown the paper away in toilet, a sign asks to put in trash, with that said you would think they empty the trash cans, but they don't, so they are overflowed with used toilet paper, (that's nasty) the bar area looks like a outdated bar from the 70's, don't even consider ordering your cake from the hall, the cake lady or delivery person, comes late to let the host know that the cake is the wrong color and that a new one needs to be made and it would not be there till about 3 hours later, so cake finally arrives late and everything , that's horrible, and to top it off the air conditioning was not working, and its only about 101 outside, so they bring in a large fan which is for only half the hall, the other side of the hall is screwed!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BOOK HERE, IT MAY LOOK PRETTY IN PICTURES BUT NOT IN PERSON. read more

My parents had their 50th wedding reception at "Angelitos Hall" The hall is very spacious with beautiful wood floors and 4 chandeliers and sits about 200 guest.  Has a sit in bar area, kitchen and small game room. We were able to bring in our own vendors and alcohol the only thing we got with them was the food and decorations since we already had everything else. The food was delicious! For entrée we chose fresh fruit and we had a small buffet; which they allowed us to choose three different dishes; we had birria, chicken fajitas, and mole with rice and beans. I recommend all three dishes.  The event hours they have are normally 4pm-12am but they allow you to extend it till 2am which we had too because no one wanted to leave. Thankfully Ac's work at this place because that was my main concern since our event was in the summer and we have been to halls where they mostly have fans or their Ac's never cool the place down. They opened up the hall for us the day of the event at 8am and by then they had already finished decorating the hall which looked so beautiful. Only complaint is that you have to bring your own coolers/ buckets to cool your drinks behind the bar. Other than that I recommend this facility. read more
