They refused to talk to me and tried to strong arm my stepmom and gave her a price that was extremely outrages. I called Muffley Funeral home and asked what their prices were, and they ended up being extremely more professional than the other funeral home and talked to both me and my stepmom, keeping all in the loop. The price ended up being less than half the price and they apologized for the other funeral home's unprofessionalism. They picked my father up from the other place and promptly prepared him. Anna Winslow was the director that worked with us and she is a very sweet and professional person to deal with. They were extremely rude and not compassionate at all!! Keep telling us we could only see my cousin for 20 minutes because he wasn't embalmed. Right at 20 minutes he couldn't ask politely for us to leave. He pointed to his watch and kept saying it's time. They should not be in this business. They take advantage of people who are grieving!
