I've had water guns for decades, and leakage is a perpetual issue with the smaller guns, but these seem to be pretty well made. I called them after waiting almost 20 minutes only option was cancel the item. I canceled it. My son liked another backpack from them which was on stock and they offered next day delivery. So after while I agreed and ordered another backpack from this company, paid a LOT! That was huge mistake. On Friday I got email that backpack was shipped. It was 2 days after I ordered the second one. I hoped that everything will be ok this second time. BIG MISTAKE! After 3 days from this shipping email I took a look and there was written that only label was created. UPS is still waiting for the item. I was trying to call them, message them. Resolution? They don't know where the package is. It is probably stucked in their distribution center. They need 5 bussines days to find it and if they won't then I have to contact them AGAIN to get it resolved. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I GOT!!! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
