Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying him upfront before inspecting the work. After I contacted him, he apologized and promised to come back, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, he never returned. My advice: either don't use him or, if you do, never pay until the work is 100% complete. Unfortunately, this one was on me.

He asked if he could come out that same day to give me a quote which he did. I accepted the quote and his team showed up the very next day to start the job. It took them another few hours the following day to finish the job. They cleaned up their debris both days and did everything as expected. They have a really good group of workers. Their trucks are in very good condition and well maintained which demonstrates the pride they take with their reputation. They were courteous to my neighbors and willingly cut some of the branches into firewood for me. I definitely recommend them is you want a fair price and for performing as promised. BTW- the scope of work was tree cutting and stump grinding. Here's why I decided to go with KnowTrees: 1. This company had the most consistent highest ratings across all of the sites. Many of the reviews were recent and from a wide range of individuals. BTW - YELP is hiding many of the 5 star review from many other customers.
