I did call the number listed so we could "find a solution that ensures your complete satisfaction" immediately on 3/17. There was no answer; however, there was an option to leave a voicemail for a return call. It is now 3/20/2026, and still no call back. Sadly, it appears that once you sign a contract and pay for the chair lift, you are on your own. There is absolutely no service after the sale. While the chair itself is great (when it works) I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Of course, your experience may differ. Good luck. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on a callback. Oh, and for the record, the service call to FIX THE PROBLEM that was scheduled for 3/16/26? I'm still waiting on that too.

Do NOT use this company. I had them come service my treadmill (lube and adjust belts) and after two…read moreuses (walking speed only) the belt was inoperable. The machine was adjusted at full speed which caused a loud rubber sound. The technician should've advised this wasn't recommended on an old machine. Further, the company sent an overpriced quote to replace the belts for hundreds of dollars when the technician advised not to replace belts because it would put stress on an old motor. The owner (Lisa) wouldn't issue a full refund of the $150 service fee which took 10 minutes to complete. Poor business practice and profits over conscience. *The company is trying to spin it.
