On Wednesday 10/5 I had received no response so I called and got a voice message saying if I couldn't reach them by phone to text. Well, Hell I've already texted them once and received no reply so I left a message. It has now been 10 days since my initial contact with this company and nothing but crickets. I guess they make so much money they didn't feel the need to contact me and try and earn my business. There use to be a time where companies would bend over backwards trying to earn your business, now a days they don't give a rat's furry ass if they do or not. They gave us a fair quote and said they would return within the week. They came back as promised with a crew of about 8-9 guys/women and the job to cut down and grind one stump took 45 minutes. Their mascot dog named Khaki was adorable, she supervised the whole crew and never strayed. They were wonderful.. Like a well oiled machine. Everyone had their specific task to do, from actually cutting down the tree, to putting it in the chipper, to cleaning up and leaf blowing. Tom was my arborist and he was fantastic. He gave me a quote and removing the poplar and also noticed my Pine trees in the front had Borers. So they removed everything quickly within 1 day. I honestly don't know how they did it. I thought they would for sure break something considering how close it was to my house but they didn't. Very impressed. Even the crew was calm, cool, and collected. Also referred my neighbor who had a larger tree and watched them bring in a crane to get it out. They can basically do anything. I'll be using Tom and his guys from now on
