Hired Roger and his team to remove some viburnum bushes I had planted on my property years ago that were neglected and turned into trees growing into the power drop to my home, and also to clean out some saplings which were taking over our back lot plus a few other little things...They took out everything I had asked for plus went above and beyond in the back lot, eliminating all saplings to prevent it from turning into a jungle. I found them to be affordable, and obviously knew their stuff! They charged a very reasonable price for the work. The crew worked very quickly and was very careful not to damage the swimming pool pump house or nearby plants under the large tree they removed. They were very easy to work with and gave me an estimate the next day after I called them. The work was completed the next week. They cleaned up the debris very nicely and hauled everything away. A little after 1:00 the afternoon of the Saturday before Easter and I heard the unmistakable sound of a tree cracking. Before I could get to the window, I felt the ground shake and heard the "whump" of a tree falling. My car was trapped in the driveway by a roughly 60 foot oak tree that collapsed. I called Roger at Tree Life and he came to the house shortly to look at the damage. He could only promise, given the holiday weekend, to get the driveway cleared by this evening, so I could get out. As it turned out, he worked wonders and got a crew there. By 7:35 p.m., the tree was cut and loaded into a hauler. I believe the price was fair, especially given the timing. And the work was quality. This is a follow up to an earlier review I placed about this companies service. They came back on September 28th (tree was taken done September 6th) after a complaint to the States Attorneys Office to pick up the debris. This was a job that was done and paid in full before Irma hit. One of their companies employees called the day after Irma saying they would pick up the debris the next day, that did not happen. They picked it up the same day that the States Attorneys Office called and spoke with Rodger the owner/manager in regards to a complaint I filed about Tree Life. We called and texted Rodger many times as well as his company and were ignored. But at least the debris gone. We took Rodger who is the actual person that removed the tree at his word when he said he would be back the next day to pick the debris up. I'm sure he would have if we had said then that's when we will pay you.If you choose to use this company don't pay them a penny until everything is completed. read more

We had Roger come out a few months back to remove a large Popcorn tree in the backyard. Very glad we had it removed before Hurricane Matthew! They did such a wonderful job that we had them come back out to remove another Popcorn tree next to the house that was ruining our wood fence. Roger and crew had it cut down, stump ground and removed in an hour! They are definitely the most professional and efficient crew I have ever dealt with.
