Tree Lyfe Review - Exceptional Service, Great Price, and Even Better People I had been searching for months to find someone willing to take on a tricky job: trimming significant overhanging limbs from my neighbor's property into mine, as well as removing a tree entangled in power and communication lines...something the city refused to touch. Over that time, I had about ten different people come out for estimates. Some turned the job down entirely, and others gave quotes that just weren't reasonable. We were getting frustrated and about ready to give up. Then, this past Thursday, while driving my son to work, my wife noticed a crew cutting trees in someone's yard. She stopped, asked if they had a flyer, and brought it home to me. It was Tree Lyfe. Expecting the usual runaround, I called the number for an estimate. To my surprise, Mike came out the very next day, right on time. I explained the full scope of the job, and after listening carefully, he gave me a quote that was more competitive than anything I had seen so far. I immediately told my wife. She was a little hesitant at first, wondering if the lower price might mean lower quality. But I asked her how the neighbor's yard looked after their job and she said it looked great. They had even neatly cut and stacked all the debris for city pickup. That sealed it. I called Mike back and asked how soon they could do the job. He said he could get it done that weekend. Sure enough, on Saturday, Mike, Robert, and Jimmy showed up on time and got right to work. Every one of them was incredibly polite and professional. They completed all the cutting in one day, then came back the next day to thoroughly clean up, cut, and stack all the debris. I am beyond impressed with Tree Lyfe. They treated my property with the same care and attention I imagine they'd give their own homes. I took photos and videos while they worked and the results speak for themselves. Had a mess of trees and vines in my backyard, Tree Lyfe cleared out my neighbors lot, got their number, glad I did, these guys are amazing at what they do, cleaned out the back of my lot, stacked and cut all the large limbs and even called for a bulk pickup from the city. Chris and Mike came to the house just after a 30 minute downpour! My front yard was soaked! Chris climbed our tree like a monkey and harnessed himself in and started his chainsaw cutting! Mike brought out his long arm of steel and was reaching the tops of the tree limbs and clipping them off like a knife through butter. They were fast efficient and even cleaned up with the limbs and put them on the street and used the blower to clear the excess leaves when they were done. Super courteous and wonderful people! About a year ago we contracted Tree Lyfe Tree Services to remove some poison ivy. We had been having a hard time finding someone to help us out, but Tree Lyfe Tree Services was more than happy to help us out. They were prompt, responsive, and very reasonably priced. While taking out the poison ivy, they helped us identify a tree that needed to come down. We had been worried about it, but we don't like to remove trees if we can avoid it. We actually had a few quotes when we first moved in, but the price was too high and we thought the risk was minimal at the time. Once again, they came to our rescue. They took it down the same day and hauled everything away. They did such a good job our neighbors hired them too for a bigger job. I definitely suggest giving Tree Lyfe Tree Services a call if you are looking for some help with tree removal and other various larger lawn care problems. read more

Ed D We contracted with Tree Lyfe to have 3 trees serviced. One had a branch removed, another was trimmed and the third was a 20 foot tall tree that broke a few years earlier. The folks were courteous but never showed up when they said they would, but the main complaint they left the heavy cut tree where it laid after cutting and never returned to take it to the curb as promised/contracted. I do not recommend them as the do not deliver all they contracted. We contacted them at least 5 time to come back and move the tree. They always responded in the positive, but never showed or gave the courtesy of a call. Very unprofessional and unreliable. read more

My wife and I met them on a walk through Aries on the Bay. They came over that day, looked at what I needed, gave me a good quote and started on the job the next day, they completed the job largely in 2 days and all the refuse was picked up and gone. I live in a beach community with small yards and really no access to the back yards for any heavy machinery. Tree Lyfe uses climbers and ropes to cut and lower tree branches and then safely cut the tree trunk down. 2 of my neighbors employed their services as well, and they are equally as pleased. If you have tough access, these are definitely the people to employ. read more
