When I spoke with him I could tell he was a very upright type of guy and would also do a good job. He told me he had commercial mowers and wouldn't be able to get inside a 3 foot gate for a smaller area that needed mowing but the majority of my lawn could be accessed so I'd told him to come by and do the estimate anyway but that I'd call him back if I found someone else. I found another company that came out in the evening and I completely forgot to call him back. I was swamped with work but there is no excuse for me not calling him back. I added to his workload.
