Chris tailored my routine from day one to work with where I am now, helping me to get in shape at a pace that's appropriate for both my current health and future fitness goals. Manager Steve keeps things up to par, is personable and will learn and remember your name if you keep showing up. I like that. You do want to keep showing up right? Have little kids? I think they have a kids areas with babysitters. This isn't your franchise budget gym. Personal trainers, full basketball court, pickle ball at times, outdoor pools, exercise classes with hotties, a dry sauna, clean showers and lockers. I rarely see any broken equipment. Really, the only thing missing at West Coast Springfield is a steam sauna with eucalyptus. Giving a solid 4 stars

This gym also has amazing amenities like three separate pools year round heated. Saunas and ample lifting / cardio equipment featuring almost two of every single piece of equipment to maximize exercise time. They also have on site supplements and a children's area with indoor and outdoor activities. Staff as a whole is welcoming and helpful. Whether you're new or a veteran to fitness this is the spot for you.

The commercial sets are alright -- not always my favorite and mostly inconsistent. However, the training area and boards are incredible. They have a kilter board and a new tension board 2 which is the only one locally. I usually have a pretty good time whenever I go.

The employees know their stuff and their super laid back, no uppity pretention to be seen. Took my kiddo and two friends for his 13th bday and the whole process was a breeze. The waivers are available online and couldn't be simpler. There's all the amenities like classes and gym equipment, clean bathrooms and great walls. The rates run about average, but there are sales, deals, and let's face it, if you like to squirrel about as your exercise, this place is completely worth it. We will definitely be back and the boyo who has a punch card at another bouldering place is converted!
