Excellent customer service and a job well done. We just hired Treeline to trim our laurel hedge for the second year in a row. Stephan came by to give an estimate, explained his recommendation for how to trim it, adjusted his plan to what we wanted, showed up on time (a contractor! showing up! on time!), and did the job quickly which is nice because it's kinda loud. It wasn't quite level and I'm a bit OCD so I asked them to come back and fix it. They showed up on time (again!) and re-did the whole thing quickly and with courtesy until I was happy. Our hedge now looks beautiful. They also cleaned up really nicely. That is excellent customer service. We will be hiring them every year. If you have a laurel hedge, you know how quickly it grows and that you want to stay on top of it. These guys will be getting my business from now on.
