So, after working with him for over a year, I think a review update is in order. Everything I said in my original review is still true. I am not going to repeat them here; please see the original review. What has become more and more clearly after interacting with him for over a year is that ZAC TAKES CARE OF MY YARD AS IF IT'S HIS OWN! He does a lot of extra things and he doesn't even charge me for them. Yesterday, I came home and found Zac on all fours on my front yard weeding! For one thing, it was a 80 degree day. Also, he is NOT even expected to put out the weeds. I learned that he had been doing that without telling me because my house is on a corner lot and is very visible to people who walk by. So, Zac is not only knowledge and good at what he does but also very passionate about what he does. I could not possibly ask for more from him. They gave a clear, itemized written bid and their available construction date which was about 2 months later. To my amazement, Ricky began and ended construction on the exact date they bid, and finished on time and on budget. Wow! I've owned homes for 45 years, and never experienced such professional skill. They are excellent team. Stephanie handles most of the written communications and financials. Ricky clearly knows his stuff around landscaping. I felt in good hands throughout the process, and can recommend them without any hesitation. If Yelp allowed more than 5 stars, I'd happily give them more!
