We have been having terrible service from this company. They are so unpredictable to the the job…read morethey do and they are unreliable to show up at all. When they do they hardly cut our lawn and make it look nice at all. Because if this company our townhouse complex looks like a low income house and people rent by the month. They have destroyed many items on my Terrence and fences have been damaged. They leave all the mess clipping and lawn debris all over the place and never return to fix the issues. They employe teenagers that hate their jobs. The other employees workers they are lazy and sit around smoking and drinking. When asked to redo an area or say hello to them they cruse you our and the company never fixes any problems that occur. We the owners have intolerance for this company which is still happening and my strata council still employes this company. Horrible service and unprofessional, I do not recommend them at all.

Weeks after the project was completed and paid for, he texted to say he was in the area and could come and cut the wood. No charge, out of his own time and money. As an interior designer who works in the field this is not common to find. I recommend Retrofit wholeheartedly and hope to work with them again in future.

They've been deleted from the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce website for good reason. Stay Away!!

He assured me that by no means was there any trickery or deception, and my negative experience was likely the result of a combination of miscommunication, and a very busy time for the business. I also re-read his original email to me advising that they could not do the project and he did say in the email that they could no longer do it 'based on our timeline', and did not say that they were not able to do it at all, which is how I interpreted that email. So with that in mind, I suggested some things that could improve communication and his relationship with future clients, and those suggestions were welcomed. Based on this conversation, I now feel that there was no sinister motivation, and it was merely miscommunication and other projects being signed before mine. I am still disappointed that they couldn't do the project, but satisfied that I wasn't swindled.
