Poor Workmanship & Zero Accountability - Regret Hiring This Company…read more We hired this company to rebuild several log posts at the entrance of our driveway and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Despite our patience and willingness to work through issues, we were met with poor craftsmanship, broken promises, and no accountability. Here's what went wrong: The wiring was not run through the center of the logs as promised. This led to significant additional costs on our end to get the lighting to function properly which we didn't realize til later, but it was confirmed was the direct result of the poor craftsmanship. . The framing they built for the stonework had to be redone entirely, because they left an inadequate concrete ledge for the stone mason to work with. We provided our own equipment (a skid steer) for their use, which saved them expense, yet there was no consideration or discount offered for that. When we brought these issues to their attention and respectfully asked if they would consider a small concession (just 10%) to reflect the extra time and money we had to spend and use of the skid steer, they refused and demanded immediate payment -- which we made in full. That decision is one we now deeply regret, especially since three of the lights already do not work. The quality and professionalism fell far below what was promised or expected. If you're considering this company for any type of detailed or custom log work -- I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, additional cost, and disappointment.

The 'gate' they installed was unstable and difficult to maneuver (open/close). 3) They require upfront fees for yearly usage vs project completion billing/rental invoicing. Bottom line: questionable product, unreliable business practices, sanctimonious administration and never solved the problem.
