They were out the same day, even though we were not in a huge hurry to get the work done. Elijah easily got down into the space that I have never entered, and found the problem within 15 seconds. He told us he could fix it that day, and would return after getting some parts. He had it finished quickly and correctly. He also suggested foam insulation around the pipe and I had a can of it handy, and he did that for us, saving me from exploring that area of my home that I honestly hope I never have to go down to.
