But Alex had a very unique tool - he says he's the only one in the Valley with it - that allows him to cut up the stump more carefully and deftly without nearby damage. We went back and talked to the guys, they put me on the phone with the owner of FELIX GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING who told me to let his guys go and he's on his way. He never showed up and when I texted him 40 minutes later, he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about, that I don't have a video proof of the rocks hitting my car and I can get lost to say it gently. Your company is only as good as your weakest link, obviously the employee who is edging the rocks right by the busy street has compromised ability of judging his actions and you who instead of taking responsibility for your employees are bold enough to tell me that if I don't have video proof of the rock hitting my windshield, I can get lost is beyond despicable.
