I also was having trouble with my front break chattering and needed replacement cover for my charger port. The young man (I won't name) sold me the ramp but refused to install it for me unless I would agree to crawl under my vehicle, unlock my rack and bring it inside where it was cool so he could install the ramp brackets inside the store. He informed me "it's too hot out here and I'm not going to get all sweety so you have to bring your rack inside". I am 80 years old and was not able to remove my bike rack so I stood in the sun on 94 degree day and installed the ramp brackets myself. Great service guys! I also had to make four trips as well because of bad information given about wrench size and the fact that they needed a key (informed after I got to work.) When I got home and on the trail my front break had the very same chattering problem. I'm not giving up just yet because they are the only game in town for Specialized bike repair.

I have rented e-bikes before so I guess I figured that their bike was similar. I was used to…read moree-bikes that had a throttle like a dirt-bike. The one they had you have to peddle to go anywhere and we ended up going 16 miles roundtrip. They have"peddle assist" but if you don't peddle than you don't go anywhere. I really didn't like that part. The main guy there was kind of grumpy also. So I rented a bike for 3 hours and it was $39 with $7.50 taxes, totaling $46.50.

Even though it throws a code on the display, Shimano apparently doesn't know what their own code means. Young man behind the counter says he doesn't remember when i brought the bike in but he will talk to shimano today since they are not open on the weekend. I brought the bike in 9 days ago! Says i should just buy a new bike. I will be buying a new bike but it won't be a Norco or from Local Motion. Trek and Bosch will be my new ride.

Most of the merchandise is made in the USA as well which is even better. Selection is well laid out in categories of types of boards from long-boards to street boards to performance boards he has it all covered. Also a large selection of wheels as well for tune-ups for your existing board. I just really enjoyed hanging out and talking about skateboard history as well as Johnson City history.
