Dr Casey Otto is, by far, the best chiropractor I have ever received adjustments from. I grew up where Palmer College of Chiropractic (Dr Palmer brought chiropractic to the United States) located in Davenport, IA. I have been seeing them since the age of five. My brother and first ex husband were Doctors of Chiropractic. I received many free adjustments from the students at the clinic. And have paid many thousands of dollars to chiropractors after leaving my former husband. Dr Casey adjusts from oxiput at the base or your skull, down to your fingers and toes and everything in between. She is a mobile chiropractor, the first time I had even heard of the concept, and services Brevard County and the Orlando area. The woman is amazing. She is coming to my home this Sunday at 10:00 AM. She even does emergency home visits for just a little more. There are so many words I would use to describe her as a person but as a Doc? #1 in my book! read more

I reached out to Dr. Casey because my four month old daughter had horrible reflux. She was on Zantac but it quickly lost its effect and the reflux continued. Dr. Casey worked with our baby for six sessions and she is now reflux free!!!! She's not spitting up or fussing and is sleeping through the night. Dr. Casey is awesome! She works with my schedule and let's me know when she has new availability so I can be seen earlier than my set appointment. Her website is the best tool to find out her schedule, but always tells me if I have urgent needs to give her a call and she can work out a time. She brings all of her gear to the house, so there's nothing I need to do other than schedule. I also feel so much better than seeing her, and she never pressures me to spend more or see her more than I need. She's also a really nice person and easy to talk to! I'm a 60 year old male who lives in Titusville. I was on the verge of seeing an orthopedic pain management doctor that I had been referred to for chronic low right back pain going on 6 months. Even the simplest of daily activities caused back pain and discomfort. Physical therapy and prescription anti-inflammatory drugs and prescription topical pain relief cream did nothing to solve the root cause of my problem. I thought I'd look for a natural solution to my problem rather than having the pain management doctor perform a nerve block procedure which was yet another step that would mask any pain symptoms that I might have (not a good thing in my opinion - pain is there for a reason). I decided to call Casey at Trekking Chiropractic (based on positive on-line reviews) due to the convenience of the mobile service. Casey reviewed my imaging (MRI and x-ray) results prior to treatment (I emailed them to her). The initial visit involved a standard chiropractic assessment, alignment, and adjustment with some concentration on neck and back muscle tension. The first treatment was highly successful at a fraction of the cost of traditional medicine. The following day, I was able to essentially resume my previous activities, prior to the chronic condition, mostly pain free. For each successive treatment (less than 10 total) I have continued to improve, while doing my part to strengthen my core abdominal and back muscles. I am really doing everything I could do prior to the chronic condition, without issues. I am now on an "as needed" schedule. Casey was very knowledgeable. Not knowing much about chiropractic treatment, I was impressed that she wanted to review my imaging results prior to treatment in case she needed to be careful with any sensitive areas of my back. I have absolutely all positive comments about Casey's treatment. She was on-time, professional, courteous, and took time to answer any questions or concerns that I had, as well as suggesting exercises for me to help minimize the chances of my back issues from reoccurring. read more
