The trimming work was done quickly and efficiently. They deftly lowered large limbs on ropes to avoid any damage to the fence or nearby structures. Michael has a very informal style, operating more on a handshake agreement and cash/check payment than the formal agreements and invoices you'd get with other firms. Conor, an arborist, came out and walked our property with us to discuss the extent of the work we wanted done. He provided suggestions and options for some of the shrubs that we were not sure about. He is very thorough. That evening we receive and estimate for the work and was also able to get the work scheduled within a week. Andrea and her crew showed up to prune most of the shrubs in our yard that had become a bit overgrown. Andrea checked in with us shortly after they got started to be sure they were achieving what we wanted. They did an amazing job. The trees and shrubs looked natural, more contained and with a better shape. It took about 4 or 5 hours to complete. They had a large pile of cut branches that were quickly collected and run through a chipper. Now our yard looks very tidy and natural. We are very pleased with their work. We will recommend them to our neighbors and friends.
