I was never hysterical and I kept calm even though I was literally having my precious time squandered as one of the busiest women I know.... It cost me less to bundle with them and move from AT&T, but they don't have any iPhone terabytes in stock and they do not get phone lines to wearables like watches for kids, which is a huge problem for me but the rest of their products are affordable and more better than AT&T, but the kid seems to be a young teenage girl or something really doesn't seem to have any idea what she's talking about. I'm having to help her figure out how to transfer lines over from spectrum and it seems really sloppy and disorganized to just get the get my new plan set up ordered and get me out the door. I spent an hour more of my time in the store telling her my situation what I needed to solve it and what I wanted and she still hadn't got me rung up and got it done and taken care of so like and she's not very clear on explaining what I'm getting anyways, she doesn't seem to know the products or what she's talking about and I'm just not sure if she's even qualified to transfer over our phone lines and then she said well if you go and you come back about an hour and a half everything should be ready and there's no comfortable chairs in the store to sit down on so that was miserable as all hell I would've had to sit on the floor and my kids were going crazy stir crazy cause there's nothing for them to do while I'm sitting here waiting wasting my life away trying to just get a better deal and a better phone plan my chicken I thawed out to make for dinner. It's now unusable it's almost 6 o'clock and I don't have time to cook dinner now I had to go drop my kids back off at my house because they had a delivery and stuff but like the service was uncomfortable and it's really difficult to just get set up with them and I'm trying to switch over my Internet too and she seems to have absolutely no idea how I would take this router and then magically the Internet is supposed to magically appear in my house somehow she doesn't even know how the Internet gets turned on in the house. She just says will you buy this router and set it up and I'm like what the hell is that mean? The lady told me I was responsible for transferring over a SIM card and I asked her how to do it and why they don't assist in the process and she said "it's common sense" and insulted me - I don't work in the cell phone industry and now she is trying to figure out how to take the SIM card out of my sons phone to put it into his new "free" phone we are transferring z this process has been a nightmare four hours later and idk wtg is going on a she can't explain anything to make sense this is painful torture and sucks and I asked if there would be an owner or someone else in the store and she said the store has a lot of owners this has been the worse customer service experience of my entire life and the store is about to close and nothing was accomplished.... She also said they do not offer hardwired phone transfers a from an old phone to a new phone and said she would spend two more hours after hours to work on figuring out how to set everything up and that's just bananas I wasn't going to go back to hell the next morning I called spectrum and they got everything figured out in 20 minutes over the phone and are sending new devices by Friday to transfer lines over

Unfortunately, the day time experience with Victoria has been disappointing- she rarely greats customers warmly (She always comes from the back, she is rarely on the sales floor when I have come in) or offers assistance, which makes visits feel unwelcome. In contrast, the night shift team- Angela, Genesis, Kenya & Mariesha are exceptional. These four ladies are consistently kind, knowledgeable & radiate positively with their warm smiles & helpful attitude. They truly elevate the shopping experience & deserve recognition for their outstanding service. While I appreciate the efforts of the team overall, I believe Victoria- who identified herself as the store Mgr- Could benefit from some additional training in customer service & communication to ensure interactions are consistently professional & welcoming. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the four outstanding women al( Angela, Genesis, Kenya, & Mariesha) who go above & beyond in assisting customers. Arrived at the drive-thru, and was greeted by a friendly person that quickly took our paperwork and told me that it would only be 10-15 minutes (30-45 minutes less than the timeframe offered by the two large chain pharmacies that I had also called). I asked her if I needed to pull around to wait and she said that I could stay there if I preferred, and we agreed that I'd stay there until another customer arrived or my order was ready. We were just about finished, but I still had to fill out a new customer form- she handed it to me as another customer arrived. I pulled around to the front of the building, with the form. I completed it within a minute or two, and she and the pharmacist came out to my vehicle a minute or so later. He reviewed the medication directions with me, advised that we make sure we take the medication with food, and relayed personal experiences with the antibiotic. Really neat to have a pharmacist be so genuine and relatable! From the phone call to the curbside delivery....it was fantastic.
