The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. Now I get to make my 4hr ride vapeless. I cant speak for the character of the business, and it may be great, however I really cant stand businesses who cant even adhere to their own advertised hours.
