The woman who cashed me out was professional, knowledgeable and kind. The delivery came early and was delivered by a polite sweet young woman. We realized an hour later one of the large main balloons ordered was not included. I called mostly because I expected a refund since the delivery was to Thomaston from Waterbury. I got destiny on the phone when I called in, she placed me on a brief hold and then notified me she was going to uber the balloon to my friends home. She apologized numerous times and said it would be there in half an hour. I come from a customer service background and realize mistakes happen and given the distance expected a simple sorry and we will refund you the price of the large balloon.
