They kinked the hose to stop water flow while kids were still playing on it! Highly inappropriate and negligent in every aspect of the word. Would never use this company or recommend to anyone. Look elsewhere! Plenty of alternative options. They could have deliberately caused injury to the children in attendance. They caused a commotion while the children were still using the slide and ruined a joyous occasion with their unprofessionalism! . My husband ran out to get new pretzels, but when we loaded them in, the machine didn't work. In all fairness, we were refunded the cost of the pretzel machine, but this was only part of our negative experience. For the Saturday party, the inflatable was brought to our house on Friday. We asked for a delivery window, but didn't receive one. We were told they'd call us 30 minutes before delivery. That didn't happen. We were also told that the inflatable would be picked up on Saturday evening. We were later told (upon calling about the pretzel machine) that it might be collected on Sunday. Nobody showed up either day to collect it. We left a message asking when it would be collected, and never received a response. Someone finally came on Tuesday to collect it. Didn't knock on our front door, didn't ring the doorbell, just went into our backyard. Thank goodness we didn't have the dogs out when they arrived! All in all, this thing sat in my backyard for 4 whole days, when it was only supposed to be there for one.

We rented supplies from Camelot for a September outdoor wedding this year. While they did do a…read moregreat job setting up the tent and it looked great, the 1 star review is in relation to their customer service and misleading staff... We made a reservation order which included 2 generators ($700 each) at the recommendation of Lori when explaining the layout. Multiple times we were told that adjustments can be made until day of event so let's just "reserve it for now". Fast forward we did not in fact need 2 generators, only 1. I emailed Lori asking if we can adjust our reservation to only 1 generator, to which I was told "yes no problem we can do that for you". However, they still charged the $700 for it and did not deliver it. I followed up 3x via email regarding a reimbursement and I did not get a response. I called 1 month after event to try and speak to Lori, but had to speak to a different agent instead. Then I was told that "just because the email said no problem doesn't mean you'd get the money back". The company is misleading and avoidant. I highly recommend AVOIDING Camelot and using a different rental company that values customer service a bit more than Camelot.
