What I can say is, they wasted a week of my time waiting to hear back from them only to hear that they are too busy for the remainder of 2019 to take on any projects. My job was extremely simple. Just 3 plugins for a Wordpress site. I just paid $5 on Fiverr to have 1 of the plugins added and tomorrow I will pay $50 on Fiverr to have the 2 other added PLUS my sites backed up, transferred to a new host, migrated to Cpanel and an SSL certificate fully implemented...all guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours by a verified, certified tech with a decade of experience and hundreds of 5 star reviews. But it took Storm Brain a week to tell me they are too busy to add 3 plugins (without site migration etc) for the rest of the year?? This review isn't about a competitive company...Fiverr has people you must find, vet and contract, so nothing like Storm Brain marketing etc. It's about time management and KNOWING your project schedule EVERY DAY like a company should, so you're not wasting people's time. As a small business owner, a week, matters. Especially when you should have known the day I called that your project calendar is full for the rest of the year. Thanks for wasting my time.
