I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I came in expecting professional-quality work, especially considering the prices, but unfortunately that's not what I received. After only one week, my nails began lifting and several of them actually came off completely. This is unacceptable for any nail service, whether acrylic, gel, or dip. I followed all proper aftercare instructions and was careful with my nails, yet the quality still failed. Nails should last weeks, not days. It's frustrating to spend your hard-earned money just to have to fix or remove them almost immediately. What makes it worse is that the nails looked fine at first, but clearly the application or prep was rushed or done incorrectly. This shows a lack of attention to detail and quality control. I expected much better from a professional salon. Overall, this was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for durable, long-lasting nails. If you're paying salon prices, you should at least get salon-quality results -- and unfortunately, that was not the case here. read more

It was definitely a decent experience at this nail salon. I came early in the morning and made an appointment prior to arrival, which I highly suggest doing the same as it looks like they can get busy. They have a lot of staff and seem to work efficiently. The establishment is clean and has a bit of newer equipment, like massage chairs and whatnot. I loved my nails; however, I wish he would have oiled them after he was finished. He did offer once my toes were complete. Also, they didn't have the same color in the gel as they did in the powder. They were out, I supposed, which kind of perturbed me. I just chose the next closest color to my already completed nails and tried to just move on. My toes were just okay--not the best job, but not the worst. If I had to grade, probably a C. I just like A-quality work as this stuff is not cheap. I did like how they scrubbed my feet during callus removal as well as the massage given with the scrub. They'll get me through and hold me over for the time being.  Also, prices are decent. I would probably ensure my nails were done before coming back to the area; however, I would return if I absolutely could not make my home visit. I've had several visits to this salon for gel manicures, pedicures, and brow waxing. At first everything was good and I recommended this salon to others. However, the past two visits have been extremely disappointing. Anyone can have an off day, so I did return after the first bad appointment. But I will no longer patronize this business for the following reasons: services are very rushed, and the quality is not good (poor polish application, gel polish only lasting a couple days before chipping, very little massage time). This last appointment, the gentleman who did my gel manicure was rough and very unfriendly. I will not be back. read more

Requested a woman for pedicure and to do SNS .. sat down there was a man at my feet, no I said a woman for my feet. They sent I guess thw newest person or servicelike one. It's very frustrating when you pay for service and Requested several times what I wanted to do get. If you go do not get Mary for service unless you want very very basic and I was told understands very little English. My nails were good. NEEDLESS TO THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE & LAST. The man at the front desk was saying yes to everything but didn't listen to my needs. 2nd lady came to pain my toes and was trying a 2nd pair of glasses to see to paint my toes also was still trying to straighten where trimmed. I have been a customer at Trendy since moving to Georgia in 2021. I have had a few issues but still continue to spend my money at this location. BUT not anymore I'm taking my business elsewhere. I get my nails and feet done every 2-3weeks and I went Jan 21st got a S&S manicure on my natural nail, yesterday I took my gloves off and 2 nails came completely off. Today 2/3/25 I go to Trendy to inform them that the nail powder is not lasting I WAS TOLD THAT AFTER 10 DAYS THE POWDER CAN COME OFF LIKE THAT SMH ..I ASKED FOR SOME GLUE TO PUT GLUE EM BACK ON HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME TO REPAIR BOTH NAILS. MIND YOU I ONLY ASKED FOR SOME GLUE TO GLUE IT ON MY NAIL TIL I COME FOR A NEW COLOR THE WEEKEND. The salon is state of the art in appearance they offer large variety of types of nail polish ombre etc. !!!! Beware I got a $39 pedicure and a $35 gel fill in they failed to tell me that they nickel and dime you for every little thing I expected to pay about $75 I walked out of there having to pay $89..... I was not told they would charge me five dollars because of the shape of the nail ? Almond? Charged five dollars extra because my nails were medium length .. I was not Happy...l realized because l didn't get gel polish which they charge@ $15 and most salons charge $10 if you get a gel pedicure they were going to get that $15 out of me one way or another...so no I will not return because they most definitely price gouge!!!! read more

I moved to the area only about 6 months ago & Trendy Nails quickly became my only go to salon monthly. I've tried other nail salons nearby & Trendy Nails still remains to be THE BEST! The salon is always clean, never a long wait or wait at all, and the staff are all so friendly & so good at doing my nails! I particularly want to say thank you to both Louis & Orange!! Louis paired me w/ Orange to do my nails since today I only had an hour & she was so fast but yet still did such a great job on my nails! She was awesome at the design too! Louis even came by to check on everything. I loved how they care so much & work together on what's best for the customer! So I will always recommend Trendy Nails! Said they couldn't put a design on my toes but I could put a sticker. I can do that. Feet were not done smoothly and I asked to do more several times as my callousness hurt to walk on. Feet felt the same and still hurt where i asked him to take more off. $42 for something i could have done better. Plus they rush you. First time in over 10 years. Should have gone somewhere else. I was a loyal customer of Trendy having had okay service and went in and asked for sns polish removal. I was told there would be "a long wait for that" since I was not paying for a full service. To make a customer wait depending on the amount of service being provided is higher unprofessional and I will NOT be back for this or any other service. read more

So I've been going here for a while since moving to Covington, GA and I've never had an experience like the one I had today. While this doesn't go to say for every nail tech, the man I had today was extremely rude when I said that my nails were shorter than I had asked for towards the beginning of my appointment. I think I can speak for many when I say that I hesitate a lot to speak up when I don't like my nails, but I decided to do so because I am afterall paying for a service. I also said something at the very beginning, not when it was all over. He continued to laugh at me and mock me by repeating what I was saying and almost made me cry... He yelled at me to move my nails closer to him. Then he charged me $65 instead of the normal $50 that I pay for a new set with gel. Go with caution. read more
