BEWARE: Pricing is PER PERSON per hour, not total of hours spent cleaning. This was never…read morementioned once as we were talking with them. We were happy to schedule Extra Clean Cleaning to clean our house, as well as I to the future bi-weekly. They discussed with me over text (offer on website was 3 hours at $135'ish dollars) as well as met with my wife at our house to go over expectations. They discussed the first cleaning could be 5 hours total, so they could show us what they were capable of. We happily agreed. Cleaning day came, they (2 cleaners) arrived around 9:45am. I was at home, and planned to be locked in my office for 5 hours. I was a little surprised they left at 12:50pm, 3 hours later. Discussed with my wife and we assumed the message didn't get to the cleaners, and they weren't aware it was the initial 5 hour cleaning for the first time. Four days passed and I hadn't heard back from the cleaners, and wanted to pay them. I reached out, they replied, and they sent their bill of $230. (6 hours and 23 mins total). I double checked my ring cameras to verify I saw the arrival the departure times again, which were verified. When asked about the difference in times, they said "there were two people onsite therefore it was 6 hours total." They then said they didn't charge us the full time as they were trying to get through everything discussed with my wife. Mind you, this is all predicated off the idea and being led to believe it was 3 hours total, not per person. The cleaning was good, and I'll pay the $230 bill, but the rub is the deception around the secret math for the number of staff/hours, website saying 3 hours was $135'ish, and now it's suddenly down/unavailable.

Ghosted! We decided to renew our policy and transferred over to Nancy Uli locally. The initial…read moremeeting lacked transparency from the beginning. We were asked a few general questions each; General health and the names of our doctors and told a company may reach out to us if we need exams. From the start, the external company was an absolute nightmare, calling odd times of the night from blocked numbers and we'd have to call back only to get voicemails which lasted 4 weeks! Their questions were invasive, and they immediately verbalized medical conclusions of their own. They labeled us outrageous diagnosis to increase our rates, such as skin cancer from over 15 years ago as a risk, my father dying from chemicals in Vietnam because he was young, etc. When we spoke with Nancy, initially, she never asked or advised us, nor did we give any consent to the fact that all of our medical records would be obtained by an external company and reviewed/dissected. We discovered this had occurred to our shock (detailed below), which is a huge HIPAA violation! After the initial medical call we were told we needed extensive medical exams, due to their underwriting determination of our medical records! When we asked the company what the labs and exam consisted of they told us it was confidential and only medical examiners, not doctors would be reviewing them to make a determination. We've left two messages with Nancy since insisting on answers, requesting a much less expensive policy that doesn't require medical underwriting, and an explanation of how none of this was disclosed to us at the initial meetings. After 2 voicemails and a detailed message left with her receptionist, we've been ghosted!! The whole process was shady from the beginning with zero transparency and everything we experienced was an obvious excuse to give us outrageous rates with very biased determination of our health. As a customer, everyone deserves answers when it comes to our health, the right to know what tests are being ordered and transparency. It should not be confidential from the person that is being the subject of the policy. We've since gone to a wonderful agent that's communicated with us and it's been a 180 different, positive experience.
