all i can say is wow!!! and not a good wow…read more last week i was in line and an elderly man came back with his dirt devil that had no charger. it was no useable. the purple hair manager was like a robot. as he tried to explain , she kept talking like a robot saying unfortunately that is store policy. she must have repeated herself 10 times over and over... she was very uncaring and empathic. the only thing she could say was unfortunately..... today they informed us there is no longer a military discount of 25% any more daily. now it is only 10% on monday. what a terrible way to treat your veterans... this is a godly establisment? i would not say that at all. the only good thing was one of the workers named stella was so nice and caring. awful place return rules are terrible. don't shop at these anymore!!

A small Precious Moments animal (usually $3-4 at other SA's) was $7. Regular sized Precious Moments were $12-$19. I didn't dare look to see how much they were asking for ones still in boxes. The clothes seem to be a dollar or two more expensive than at other locations, and with no fitting rooms available, I wasn't going to waste my money. The store is clean and organized, but that is true for most SA's I've ever frequented, so I don't think that's anything exceptional to justify terrible pricing.

The prices there are already extremely high for things that got donated to them. I know it's probably a company thing but this really made me lose interest in the general place. Furthermore I remember a time I went and it was pretty late but I was making my last picks quickly but was yelled at by some ladies to hurry up and that they NEEDED to close at that minute. I ended up making some last minute impulsive purchases. Just a nice "Hey just letting you guys know that we are closing soon." would've been way more appreciated. Oh well, most thrifts aren't as good as they used to be.
