Between my call and the date of service, I developed a leak in the water pipe leading up to the upstairs toilet. The water softener was in the basement -- and it's a rough basement. There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." His answer was" I can't service I don't have everything in my truck". I was done right there. He went to my ac/furnace and took pictures, three toed slothing the whole time. When it came time to leave he was asked when can you come and service my ac/furnace? Gave about 10 reasons not to, not one reason why or when. He never asked if I started either one, which I did the central air, not the furnace, we just bought this house. I had Scott Wagner heating and cooling come for a estimate only. His first question was " have you started either one"? He serviced both central air and the furnace, furnace had four leaks and the igniter was bad, replaced that and tested both units, freon was low so he topped it off. Great technician great service and when the estimate comes in and when I replace both units with a tankless water heater after first of year Scott Wagner and heating will be getting my business. Do not call Morris heating, call Scott Wagner heating.

We had water pouring through our ceiling after Jordan did the plumbing for our tub with his son. Our contract stated that he was to come back out to install the plumbing once we worked our way through the project. Once our kids took a bath in the tub, water started pouring through the ceiling and he would not take responsibility. He blamed it on the fact that there were other contractors involved, although the other contractors never touched the tub or the work that he did. He came back out and "fixed the issue" taking no responsibility and paying for not a dime of his mistake. Only for us to patch up the ceiling and it to happen a month later. The issue was a three dollar BEVELED gasket for the overflow drain that he didn't install from the start. It is heartbreaking to go through this as a family when we are saving money to do projects like this-let alone the additional stress of it all. We tried to handle with Jordan and he completely ghosted us-after calling and texting him several times over 6 months-we gave up. A truly heartbreaking situation.

I bought my Ex Mark Zero turn mower from the canton store ( which is now closed ). Took it in for…read moreits first oil change. Started mowing my yard and the mower stopped running. Took it back to the store and they told me there was no oil in it and told me it's my fault. Went to the store in Akron and they said it was my fault for not checking the oil... I only had that mower In my new shed and new box trailer with no signs of an oil leak. they said I should check the oil in my car every a time before I drive it... so it was cheaper to buy a new engine than a new mower... and yes I checked the oil every time and never changed oil level. Now the engine is leaking oil and they said they have no record from the store I bought the mower. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Lesson learned!
