I would also like to take a minute to praise Linda in the Service Department. She has a great future and I hope South Texas recognizes what a great asset she is. Today I took the Denali in for its first service. It was completed in a respectable time. The truck was cleaned, and ready to go when Linda came to get me. As part of the warranty the service was no cost. Linda took care of all details. Sales and service are hallmarks for South Texas. I am very happy with my decision to stay With South Texas.

Well that salesman lied to my face and then gave me an excuse that it wasn't him giving the price that it was the bank. After I got up to leave I asked for my keys to leave and he told me to just sit down and talk in an annoying voice. I asked for my keys again and he told me that the manager had them. I asked him to give me the keys as I walked outside and told him to get my keys and stop keeping me there. He just stayed in his seat and made no movement to get my keys to my vehicle. Even thou he made me sign a promised that he gave me to keep me in the price range and came out saying I got great news but came out with a larger number after discussing that I could not afford anything in that price range and tried to convince that he could do better. After leaving he called me went down drastically on the price tag that he supposedly could not do, I don't know what kind of business is being run there but the service I got from Ricky sure sucked.

But Leslie helped me and WOW. Professional, informative, courteous, intelligent, and wasn't your quintennial "sleezy car salesman". I'm actually impressed with her level of decorum (BMW has no such thing). I spoke to the Manager, Joe Franco (don't get confused with James Franco, yet he was just as comical) and he was a down-to-earth dude that really listened and resonated with my wants and needs. Whoever owns this dealership, give Leslie and Joe a raise, because i usually bitch and complain to no end, yet here I am with no complaints. Good peoples. 5 stars. San Juan treats us in a fantastic manner. very professional and they respond to our questions. they immediately set up a loaner and delivered our GLE back and forth. Harlingen Mercedes Benz did not do this. Management and service crew left us hanging. Good job San Juan Mercedes-Benz
