That said, I cannot recommend highly enough Toyota of Pharr and particularly their salesperson, Travis Moss. We bought a used vehicle from them and within 24 hours it had developed some difficulties. Nothing too major, the vehicle ran fine, but it had some electronic issues which really burdened us. We reported this to Mr. Moss and he did not hesitate in asking us to bring it in to let them look at it. It was an intermittent problem and I was totally prepared for them to tell me that it was a used vehicle and basically, too bad. However, they really went to the mat to diagnose the problem and try to fix it. They even sent my vehicle to the dealership that dealt with the brand we had purchased to get it fixed. In the meantime they offered us a loaner vehicle since our car was our only form of transportation. At the end of all this, the vehicle was absolutely fixed and the customer service was second to none. If you are considering a new or used Toyota, I would highly encourage you to go to Toyota of Pharr and seek out Mr. Travis Moss. This could have been a nightmare but it was absolutely a very positive experience. Thank you, Travis!! Thank you, Toyota of Pharr!!!

So it is with great gratitude that I take time today to put these thoughts down for the cosumption of others who may be condisering a purchse from Bert Ogden Auto Outlet here in Mission, TX. My experience was just outstanding. The entire crew I intracted with wether they were inolved in my purschae or not, were just so genuinely nice people! Talk about refresshing. I would give more than 5 stars but that is all I can give! My sales professional Jesus, was such a nice guy. Very pofressionaly, knowledgeable and personable. Trust me, he had the cards stacked against him with me as his customer. He put up with all my questions, offers and counter offers with a very gentle tact and I truly felt he was there to help me as much as he could within the limits imposed on him. The manager, George was also awesome as he too had to put up with my shrewd negotiation skills. He did consider my offers and countered with fair ones of his own and in the end crafted a deal that I and the dealhership could stomach. Once again, just a real nice fella! I never felt pressured by him or anyone there actually. Lastly, Joe the Finance Manager was also a complete gentleman, knowledgeable about his work and very effecient with the time he was helping me navigate the vast amount of paperwork required to purcahse a car. He has an excellent choice in music too! I just can not state it enough, but these guys were just so freakin nice and professional and I stress, "non pressuring"!
