They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! Twin City Homeworks, LLC (TCHW) was recommended to me…read moreby my insurance agency to replace my roof due to storm damage. I also decided to hire them to replace my siding due to woodpecker damage. I thought it would be easier to have one company do both jobs. On their website they state that they maintain contact with their customers and I have found this to be untrue! Many times it was 2+ weeks after contacting the representative I was working with before I got any response from him either by phone or text, and at least twice I had to call the office before I got any response. This is BAD customer service and communication skills. They got approval from my insurance company and started work on the roof in June, 2018 and I paid them and they started work on the siding in August, 2018. As of today, September 4, 2019, neither job is completed, although they have sent me multiple final invoices asking for final payment. When I saw the initial invoices, I noticed a few items being double-billed (i.e. painting of fascia & soffit on roof job, replacement of fascia & soffit for siding, wrapping of 2 windows on roof claim, replacement of all window wrapping on siding job, etc...). I was told it would be straightened out. When I received the final invoices in October, 2018 those items were still being double-billed I had to go to the main office to get it straightened out myself. I went to the City to check on the inspections because I had not seen an inspector and I found out inspections had NOT been requested and the $100 permit that I paid for to do the siding had not been taken out by TWCH. The inspection for the siding was done January 4, 2019 and for the roof in June, 2019. Neither one passed. The City Inspector is requiring one correction for each job. I have spoken to 3 representatives from TCHW multiple times since January about the correction needed for the siding and a correction I have requested and no one has made any attempt to do any corrections required or requested. Hire this company if you want no communication, BAD customer service and a never completed job. Otherwise look elsewhere!
