Here are the things that happened during my project: - After signing the contract, I didn't hear anything from them for months until I reached out to them. - I was told we would do a walkthrough beforehand with everyone working on it which never happened. - I was told some unneeded utility boxes on the side of my building would be removed which they were not. - I was told the siding would be the same product as on my house which it was not. - The workers lost my light fixture mounts, so I needed to buy new lights. - I got billed for multiple things that they didn't actually do which I had to notify them about for the charges to be removed. I reached out to management regarding these issues, and they refused to acknowledge that they even did anything wrong. This was by far the worst experience I've had with any company.

Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs. The next day, they returned to insulate the walls. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home and furnishings, and left everything clean when they were done.
