But Tower Hill responded quickly to my claim and paid all but the deductible. They even paid me for what I paid the roofer to do the temporary work. I told Jason about how I was not satisfied with the coverage and the price I was paying for Geico and Jason took really good care of me. Jason is the type of person that does not rest until the customer is taken care of. This is why I decided to change my service over to State Farm and have them be both my car insurance and renter insurance company. Geico decided to raise my rate after I was in a car accident that was not my fault. It was the other guys fault and this was proven by both the police and a Geico claims agent. I told Jason about this and he gave me the exact same policy that I had with Geico but for almost $50 less. When I was talking with Jason about my car insurance he even then asked me about renters. For a small amount I believe not more than $6 he was able to offer me renters insurance as well. Jason explained the whole process and made sure that any questions I had were answered really fast! I do not deal with insurance companies very well, but Geico put a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully having Jason and his team here in town are there to help out it's AWESOME and I am so thankful that he is here to help people like me in this community.
