Due to poorly coordinated services we barely made the closing deadline with proof of home owner's insurance for the lender. There were multiple mistakes and re-writes from State Farm, last minute surprises and changes in price. I understand that Florida can be a hostile environment for home owners insurance, but they are a Florida based agency and should have more than sufficient experience.
