5/20/2026. WARNING TO ALL! First time I've been here for alterations and the work done was not per my instructions whatsoever. The owner Robert said there was nothing he could do and if I didn't pay in full he would keep the pants. Not to mention the pants cost $40 yet alterations cost $54. He was very rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. He yelled at me in front of everyone. I'm going to file a claim with the better business bureau but i wish there was more I could do. I was in need of some very urgent same day cleaning of some dress shirts, slacks, and a suit coat. I was actually referred to them by another who couldn't meet my short deadline. I was so grateful that they took my order that I dropped off first thing in the morning and picked it up same day just before close -- on a SATURDAY. Took 3 sweatshirts and 1 graphic tshirt in, paid 40$. Got my order three days later, I have black stains all over my sweaters. And it looks like they ironed my shirt and ruined it. Would not recommend, will not be going back. Expensive sweaters and shirts ruined. These were all brand new, never washed. I brought them here so they can handle it and they ruined them. read more

I have been taking my clothes here for some time and, like others, have experienced a decline in service. Double-creasing shirts, pants, breaking and losing buttons without mentioning it to me, etc. Finally, the last time I needed to have four pairs of my pants dry cleaned and explained clearly I needed them by Monday. I get to the cleaners only to be told they weren't done and that it was my responsibility to mention morning or afternoon. Update: The pants were not done and they tried to rush the job and pressed them dirty without laundering them. I told them I just wanted my pants back and they snatched them off the counter and demanded payment. I called the local police only to end up paying for three of the four pants just to avoid civil litigation. New ownership is subpar at best. I will definitely not return here and suggest checking the final product upon receipt. read more

I have been coming here for years. I took my dress for my daughter's wedding to be hemmed. I had a good experience previously with alterations about 3 years ago. I asked for the dress to be hemmed and to leave the back longer than the front. I picked up my dress today. It was not hemmed at all. It was just cut off and they cut off the small train in the back. The way they cut it was jagged. I asked for my money back. They told me that I couldn't have it because they already paid the tailor. I tried my dress on for them. They agreed that the tailor messed up and did not do what I had asked. They would not give me a refund but said a refund would just show up on my credit card statement. I asked if I could have that in writing. They said no. The man working there told me that I was wrong and I don't need my money back. I trusted them with a dress that I can't replace and they completely let me down. It was frustrating and embarrassing. I like to support businesses by going to the same place over and over, but I won't be going back. read more

This place is amazing. I came in shortly after 8:00 all I needed was my husband's shirt pressed asked if they could do it today as I was in a bind and we're leaving out of town. Delores went above and beyond and told me wait and she had it done in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend. If I could give this a negative review I would!!! I took my clothes there a few times!!! They LOST a dress of mine and are are trying to make me jump through hoops for a $55 dress!!!! Had my husband's suit cleaned for my son's wedding. Opened the packaging at the wedding to find each sleeve had one missing button and 2 buttons broke in half. The pants also had a broken half button (7 out of 11 buttons on the entire suit were broken or missing). Very frustrated. read more

DO NOT USE TRI CITY CLEANERS! THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! I took my leather jacket to this cleaners on March 20th. The owner, who attended me, told me it would take two weeks to get it cleaned because he had to take it to LA. He posted March 30th on my receipt as the day my garment would be returned. He also told me he would call me to let me know when it was ready. I called three times to check on my garment. Once a week starting on the first week of April. Each time I was told my garment was not back yet. I was finally allowed to speak with the owner on May 1st. He had an attitude with me the entire time and said my garment had been there since the first week of April. When I questioned him saying I had called several times, he said, "what do you want me to do about it? Your jacket is here." I went to pick up my jacket and very calmly explained to the owner that I was disappointed at the amount of time it took for them to return my jacket. He said, "So what, I don't care." I told him this was poor customer service and that I would be letting my friends and family know not to use his services. He raised his voice at me again saying, "I don't care. Go ahead." When I reached for my jacket to check it, he snatched it out of my hands and in a demanding voice said, "pay me!" I was appalled that he would treat me this way, especially in front of my 3 year old son. I paid him and said that I would not be using his services in the future. He threw my jacket at me and said, "good, don't ever come back!" I urge anyone who reads this, do not go to TriCity Cleaners. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. I give them one star only because I have to in order to post my review. They really should not receive any stars. read more

Two days before my wedding we realized that we were not going to be able to steam the wrinkles out of our 16 HUGE tablecloths for the reception. It was taking us about 30 minutes each table cloth so I decided to call around some dry cleaners. All that I called were not willing to have them ready for us the next day or they wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Tri City understood our urgency and promised to have them done by noon the very next day plus they were so generous with cost. When we picked them up they were completely wrinkle free and hung beautifully on hangers! So happy with the cost and efficiency of Tri City Cleaners. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

They made a mistake with my dry cleaning order & then after they half a** fixed it they still tried to charge me full price. ...mind you this was already after they charged me for their mistake in the first place ! They were able to dry clean a pair of my husbands slacks for same day pick up, and they had them ready in 2 hours! They don't normally offer same day service with that quick of a turn around time, but they were kind enough to make an exception for us. Wonderful customer service! read more

They completed ruined two blazers. They are unwearable after I sent them to Tri-City Cleaners in Victorville. My blazers were Dry Clean Only but I suspect that Tri-City threw them into a washing machine. They are all wrinkled and have completely lost their shape. I tried ironing them myself, but there is no way to repair them. Thanks Tri-City - after taking my blazers to you........ I can throw them away. read more

For over 20 years I've been taking my dry cleaning to Tri City Cleaners in the Vons shopping center and they did a wonderful job, but a couple of years ago things started changing. I noticed the changes before I knew the company had been taken over by new owners. I was having to repress creases and pleats before wearing my blouses and pants, because they were sloppy. And, my clothes didn't look as clean as they should have. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because I thought they just needed time to get the hang of things. But, I just recently took in my favorite suede coat to be cleaned. The previous owners had cleaned my suede coats in the past and did a great job, including the coat I recently took in for cleaning. I asked, to be sure that they were able to clean suede and they assured me they could. They charged me $45 for the cleaning. When the coat came back to me, the color was bleached out in large sections. It wasn't even throughout the whole coat, just in large sections. The front was the original color and the back was the bleached out color. And, the areas around the seams were the original color. It looks awful. Now, instead of a dressy coat, it looks more like a distressed casual coat and it is very upsetting. But, the worst part is, they denied any wrong doing on their part, claiming that some suede coats change colors like that. I explained to them that this wasn't the first time this coat had been cleaned at this cleaners and it had never come back looking like this before. And, neither had my other suede coat, which is the same color. They said the previous owner must not have cleaned the coat, or it would've changed colors! They said the only thing that could be done is to have the coat dyed and they were going to charge me for that also! As far as I'm concerned, the worst thing a business owner can do is lie and not take responsibility for their mistakes. I later went to AV Cleaners by the Cinemark theaters in the Jess Ranch shopping center. When I walked in, I noticed one of the same employees behind the counter. I asked if the same owner, owned this shop and she said yes. They also own another cleaners in Apple Valley, but I'm not sure which one it is. This all happened before Christmas, but I was so upset that I made myself wait this long before writing this review, otherwise I would have been way too emotional. I have been going to this place for a few years. All was great up until the last two times, my white shirts had black lint all over it. Never had this had this happen before. They redid it for no charge, but it still had lint on it, I was shocked they would present their work like this. The last time, they had promised to take care of it and it'd be ready that afternoon. I went the next day, and it still wasn't done. The girl up front was nice enough to immediately clean the lint off. The owner was completely ignorant of my presence or showed any concern, and it's because of that attitude that I will never do business with them again. read more
