The lady in the store tried to the fill the gapping between each flower with little purple flowers but it did very little. So disappointed. My boyfriend ordered flowers for my birthday through SendFlowers. The flowers that came were completely different from the ones he ordered. (See Photos) He ordered red roses with pink tulips and we got a sad arrangement with yellow, pink, and purple flowers?? There were supposed to be 36 stems and there were like 10. All of the flowers were droopy and it was 75% greenery (not even the nice greenery either) This bouquet cost him over $100. He says he'll never be ordering from them again. But thanks to this encounter, he found a new shop that does customizable bouquets for half the price that he'll be going to from now on. Peter Sohn of Tri-City Florists was the call I was hoping for when I picked his florist shop from the many I saw on line. Not only was Peter pleasant & courteous, he was an absolute professional from beginning to end. I asked him to use his expertise and creativity to design a colorful & cheerful arrangement for my wife who was opening that evening at Moonlight Amphitheatre in ANASTASIA. I emailed what I wanted on the card and asked Peter to follow-up with a photo to which he had added more into the design before the delivery ($10.99) went out. The flowers, the message, the delivery were perfect.. My wife sent a photo of herself with the flowers...she had a huge smile on her face. I was told it was $50, but no prices were listed anywhere. See picture below and observe the quality of the flowers with broken stems and missing petals. I asked to have the bouquet without the vase, but was told the paper wrapping would cost just as much as the glass! DO NOT GO HERE. they're rude, overpriced and they sell poor quality. At the time, the shop didn't have these, as it was a very specific request. WORST SERVICE EVER! SHOULD BE NO STAR! THEY TRIED TO SWITCH MY ORDER TO SOMETHING CHEAP! T-Mobile had a promotion on flowers through 1-800- FLOWERS. I was going to a funeral so I picked something out and ordered it in time to be delivered to me the day before the funeral. 2:00pm, flowers were delivered but not what I ordered. I got a cheap bouquet with a few flowers and tons of fillers and leaves. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! The delivery man accidentally told me the name of the florist, so I knew where to come to post this review. I called 1-800-FLOWERS (they're next on my review list). I complained about not getting what I paid for. They apologized, told me I could keep the incorrect bouquet and they would get the correct arrangement sent to me the same day. The delivery man came back and demanded the flowers back. I told him what 1-800-FLOWERS had told me and he said the florist wanted them back. I gave them back and told him I was reporting this to 1-800-FLOWERS as well. I called 1-800-FLOWERS again to report what happened. The rep apologized and promised I would receive the correct bouquet today. I was also offered a 20% off coupon for my next order and she tried to sell a free delivery year subscription. I declined. 10 minutes before the store was to close, and 3 hours after the botched delivery, I called 1-800-FLOWERS again to notify them delivery still had not been made in case they needed to call the store before it closed for the day. Rep told me I got an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered at 5:30pm. Told her that was not true. I've got NO flowers at all. If the florist sent that confirmation, then that was a lie! I was put on hold for a bit. When the rep returned on the line I was again promised I would get delivery today. They spoke to the store to reaffirm they were working on this. 6:30pm - no flowers. Called 1-800-FLOWERS again. Was told to wait till 8:00 or 9:00pm. Sometimes they deliver late. 9:30pm - no flowers. Called 1-800-FLOWERS again. This time they hung up on me twice while I was on hold. 3rd time I got a rep who kept getting information I told her wrong (probably on purpose). FIVE TIMES I had to repeat my order number. At this point, I need a refund. I was offered delivery tomorrow. NO! I already explained I would be out of town for the funeral! Then I was offered 50% off for delivery tomorrow. What!? Did you not understand I will not be home tomorrow? Then they asked for an address and they would have the flowers sent to the service. Are you kidding me? By now I said the trust is completely gone. I'm just going to get something on the way. If they're going to give grief over the refund I have no problem contacting PayPal to get my money back. The rep finally relented and agreed I would get my money back. I'm still going to call PayPal just to make sure. read more

I didn't bother to check the reviews before I had placed a recent order, the reason, we had ordered our wedding flowers here 17years ago. So thinking for floral lei's it would be fine. I ordered one carnation lei (which I thought was expensive for carnations) and the other a orchid lei. The carnations were the colors I asked for (Charger colors) but it wasn't a thick or full lei of carnations. So for the price of a carnation lei, I will not order again, not worth it. The orchid lei was beautiful, but it was not the lei I choose specifically in the catalog. The customer service was friendly and great (Brandi), but too bad, so sad, I won't be returning because I feel for the price that was paid, I should have gotten what I requested and the quality could have been better. read more
