Again, Chris was helpful with exactly what we needed. We took the measurements and left, as we want to be sure our small shower stall can accommodate it BEFORE making the purchase. Just a note for future customers . . . When purchasing medical equipment or supplies, be sure you have the correct size and model because many items are final sales only. (Another good reason to rent first, when possible.)

When I asked if they informed the doctor of this when they called in the prescription the woman rudely stated "That's not our job!" Bottom line don't go here. They don't care.
