Someone we talked to recommended alcam. Looked this place up online and they have a good brand of cam boots (ovation brand) at...a decent price. Not nearly as cheap as Amazon but I needed a boot pretty urgently. Looked up the location on Google and drove all the way to Victorville. BUT the location on Google was wrong. Found their new address on their website and went there only to find out we were supposed to make an appointment for a fitting and would have to wait a couple hours -.- I called the number on yelp several times before but I guess that number goes to their riverside location because I never talked to Andrea the Victorville secretary. here's Where the story turns around. Andrea squeezed us in so we didn't have to wait. Got the boot and the fitting done quickly. The doctor? Specialist? Was very helpful and friendly. He and Andrea were both so chill it really turned around the experience. And Andrea bent over backwards to get us the 10% yelp check in discount (Not sure if it's still there). Fast forward to 3 weeks later and the boot was starting to fall apart (I wore it heavily and didn't know you weren't supposed to separate the cloth part of the boot to wash it). Tried to call Andrea bc she gave her number and told us to call if the boot was wearing out too fast or had problems. But...i guess it went to the riverside office? Got wrong information and had to contact ovation (boot company). Customer service from ovation was excellent though. Riverside location needs work but my experience with Victorville was good

As a veteran, I usually go to the VA for my healthcare but after a visit to the ER and listing this CVS as the pharmacy where I wanted to pickup my prescription, it wasn't as easy as I thought. Christina went above and beyond entering Bin #, group #, PCN, person number, checking with my social and Member # and I truly felt seen. I felt like she saw me as a person who just wanted to pick up their prescription and she did everything she could to make that happen. After speaking with two different representatives at Express Script Pharmacy (military pharmacy) I decided to just pay out of pocket. Christina helped me out so I could get my medication today and not have to drive 45 minutes down the hill after 4pm when the VA pharmacy would probably be closed and I'd have to wait until tomorrow. Got my flu shot! This is the first time I've received a flu shot outside of the VA or military in a…read morelong time. I was greeted when I entered the store and asked an employee if they were still giving flu shots. She said yes and directed me to the pharmacy. The pharmacy was busy but the employees were attentive and patient. I was able to provide my TriWest information and get my flu shot. Waited ten minutes after to ensure I was fine then I was free to go home. Thank you Walgreens for a pleasant interaction. Also, I've been to this Walgreens many times over the years and the employees are consistent with their service. Very kind. Whether it's getting a passport photo, purchasing at the front counter, sending UPS mail or pharmacy, their service is consistently positive. The products were stocked and the sales were abundant.

I was also impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff were--several team members checked in to see if I needed help, which I appreciated without ever feeling pressured. Overall the store felt welcoming and well run. Based on my visit, I was honestly surprised to see such low ratings because my experience was nothing but positive.
