If you are like me and just want to upload your documents and not be bothered non stop or sit in an office for 30 mins while someone preps them silently, just call these folks. I have enough to think about and I don't want to worry or micromanage my tax side of things. I'm simply not an expert and never will be in this area. They've done my taxes (which are quite in depth) for 4 of the last 5 years. I only skipped a year because I thought I should find someone local to me and came racing back. Wherever you live, however easy or difficult your filings are. Just call them. They have an online portal where you can just quickly upload your documents. It takes mere minutes. I want to add one more thing. I recently moved across country and had a tragedy happen where all of my belongings were destroyed in a fire in the moving truck. No taxes weren't the first thing on my mind, this firm reminds, contacts and follows up with YOU. They should be charging for their secretarial level of follow up. It's like having your own personal accountant. I know it's another glowing review but I assure you I have no relationship with any of the folks that work there other than being my trusted tax professionals.
