Horrible experience! Dr.Smith wasn't even in the room 10 mins. I was still asking questions about a…read morepossible thyroid surgery and he was walking towards the door. He didn't order any pre surgery bloodwork or updated ultrasound so he was planning on doing surgery based on my last ultrasound that was over a year old. When I spoke to the scheduler she asked what day I wanted to come back to get the drain removed from my neck. Dr. Smith mentioned nothing about a drain. I was completely lost. When I spoke to the clinic director she didn't want to hear me out and defended Dr.Smith not explaining the procedure with since the scheduler did it was ok. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. Please don't waste ur money on this unsafe doctors office for yourself or your loved ones

My brother went to Dr. Gabrail with stage IV pancreatic cancer in hopes of finding a clinical trial…read morethat might work for him. Unfortunately, when he developed blood clots in his leg and lungs he wasn't qualified for any of the trials. However, Dr. Gabrail did give him chemo treatments and over-prescribed blood thinners stating that he wanted to get his blood as thin as possible. He accomplished his mission, within a week my brother was back in the hospital with a gastro bleed that almost took his life. Dr. Gabrail refused to comply with his wishes for a DNR code status and would not call for a gastro consult until we involved the Chief Medical Officer at Mercy Hospital. He did not like my questioning him. He had the nerve to place his hands on my shoulders and push me out of his way so he could leave the room. This man should be avoided at ALL COSTS. While he is the biggest game in town for Clinical Trials, he is running his clinic without any oversight for his standard of care. He is unprofessional and dangerous.
