As Soon as the receptionist finished with her client, the male client left, and she started with her next client, female. Then he(the client whom just check out) returned, asking who drove the vehicle that I was in. I told him that as soon as I could that I would definitely move it for him, because there was no parking Spaces available. He started yelling at me, then someone else (female client) started yelling at me, then the people behind the counter stared yelling at me. Just to be clear I was the only person that was light skinned and blue eyed the entire building. I had to endure such a racial slurs says "white bitch"& "Privileged white bitch". I was told by the Male worker I was being Berate, for standing up for myself. I offered to move, which was denied. I offered to back completely out of the area, which was denied. The employee escorted to my unit but when we got there, she told me she brought me to the the wrong unit (after I already hauled a huge cart of things to the original unit). She said she would have to check her system for the correct unit while I just waited in the hallway with a cart full of things. She came back up after checking her system and told me the correct unit was on another level and it would be more $$ a month. I told her that wasn't fair because the error was with their business, not me and therefore I shouldn't have been penalized by spending more money. She repeatedly told me I wasn't being penalized even though they would be charging me more $$ per month. She finally agreed to speak with her district manager who thankfully honored the original price. However, the problems didn't stop there. The business charged me twice for the first month and didn't respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner when I tried to bring up the issue with them.
