Joe took our wants and needs into consideration and immediately started compiling personalized lists of houses that he would email me a few times a week. The moment a new house came on the market that looked like it would fit us he would let me know. Joe was also very accommodating with our schedules, and would take me around to look at all the houses and from there we would narrow down a list to show my husband ( He works about 60 hours a week so not a lot of spare time to house hunt!) He even helped us mediate over houses ( I had to have a dining room and a nice yard, husband had to have big garage or basement.) Joe helped us to find the house that was perfect for our growing family and once we found it he sat down and helped us understand and assemble all the paperwork that we needed.
