There is space, and there is more than enough equipment for everyone (which has been a problem I've had to deal with for years at other gyms). I love the environment there because the people who go there seem to understand gym etiquette and I'm impressed with the fact that this gym has kettle bells and 2 dumbbell racks instead of just 1.
