Most of the complaints I have heard from other residents are often things that happen in whatever setting you live in that is a community (so pretty much everywhere) Nothing in life is free or remains the same cost forever, which is what I hear a lot of complaints about. I also feel that more involvement from the residents is crucial. If you are not involved in solutions, you are part of the problem! I have been in management roles for most of my career (in the medical industry, not mobile home) and I would always advise my staff that if you come to me with a problem, that is a problem. If you come to me with a problem and some possible ideas or solutions, we can work on fixing it. Too many people just complain. I think Tri-Star is a great community and have been here for several years and its simple. Follow the rules, pay on time, and respect each other and each others property. I called the company and fell by the name of Cody was supposed to come out and I was supposed to send pictures I had a time and then I had to be available during a certain time. One of the days before he was supposed to come out for a consultation I went through all this Prerequisites before his grand appearance and anyway the day he was supposed to show up, he claimed the tree for Alan's house when there was only light rain the day before and he wanted to reschedule. I think after all the pictures consultations and everything else if they can't make it to the appointment on time when you purposely set up that time up for them, then you should just find somebody else. Terrible customer service so they're probably gonna do terrible work. That's all I can assume. read more

We just recently bought a house here. There are some issues that shouldn't be here due to the work that was claimed to be done before we purchased.. kitchen floor was replaced.. but creeks really bad in a few spots (it's quite loud at night) and our kitchen floor and bathrooms all have bubbles in the vinyl floors ...some are quite big. And I also get that they are selling homes but some things they claim are lies. Not trying to sound petty but when we first were looking. The salesman David Spencer claimed he would come by and what not to hang and drink beer but that never happened. That bothered us Left us feeling used. read more

If Zero stars was possible I would rate that. We rented for work related. First they asked for $2,000 of deposit and when we left they ended up with staying with almost $900 of the deposit first saying because we left the home dirty. I personally cleaned the home, I was taught to be grateful and leave a place better then it was found. Believe me it was way better. When we moved in there was pets hairs everywhere even in the a/c unit and poop stains on the carpet, and the showers were clogged. After we moved and got part of our deposit which they take more then a month to refund. I called and they had me on hold and saying they were going to check the fotos and also saying their was some damage of the fridge and floors. I even pointed out to the guy when I first went to see the place those damages and he said its all right. And when they went to inspect before we moved out they took pictures of the known damages blaming them on us. They even made me write a letter and every-time they tried to find something to blame for the non refunded deposit. I am aware we made a damaged on the restroom wall, but we had it professionally fixed. They said their was no problem with that. It seemed as if no damaged was made. read more
