I have an inground pool and this place was right down the street so I thought I would give it a try. The following is my opinion.... I have given them chance after chance and at each and every turn not only are they dismissive and rude, they have given me erroneous pool water readings, have been unable to solve simple issues that other places easily diagnosed, they are over priced and today was the last straw. Their hours are 10 to 6 and as I waited out in front of their place at around 1:30pm the doors are locked and after 10 minutes without a single sign on the door (other than the misleading "open" sign) or message on their answering machine I decided to go to a place where I know I would be treated properly. For all those who need a reputable and good pool place, try the ones on Perimeter Drive off of Lee highway, The Great Backyard Place or Tri State Pools both on Perimeter Drive are by far superior and absolutely worth of the extra three minute drive. If I could give Tri State Pools less than one star I would !!!! read more
