Zero Stars, Zero Recommendation. We have a brand new house, we had Caliber come tear out our brand…read morenew shower and put a new install in with glass sliding doors. It looked great, until we showered and water went all over our new floor. We told them of the issue and they went back and forth, finally they came 6 months later and put in new glass doors and said we had the wrong doors installed. We thought we were good to go with the new "shower". We used it a few times and noticed water coming up from under our floor after showering. It happened only when we showered. Its been a year now fighting with them, telling them we have a $18k shower we cant use. Water damage has ruined our flooring, and our trim. They sent their men over to see where the water was coming from, they seen water coming from under the flooring. They tore the brand new shower out and said since water wasn't under the shower pan that it was our toilet. We called a plumber and he said nothing is leaking in this bathroom. The Plumber said it had to of been the shower pan not being installed right or sealed right. After sending Caliber the invoice from the plumber with their notes they still are telling us to check our toilet. We have had no water leakage since they tore our shower apart and left it like this. We are left with our shower torn apart down to the studs and our new flooring ruined from the water damage. Its been a nightmare trying to work with these people to even get them to do what's right. I would not recommend this company what so ever. Save yourself the stress and money and find a company who stands behind their work and will come fix their faulty installs!!! Its been over a year since install and this is what we are left with, and $18k wasted!! They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

There were a couple of subs on the job that could have done their job a little better, but Matt always made sure everything was done right in the end. Matt is honest and extremely trustworthy. Matt always made sure the work area was cleaned up at the end of the day... That is extremely important when you live in an association with rules... Our Shop project is almost finished now, Asphalt going in on Thursday... We are so happy with Matt that we have hired him to do more work for us. Two of our neighbors have also hired him for future work. We were sure happy we've had the privilege to work with Matt! Building projects can be so difficult at times, but when you have someone working with your best interest at heart it sure takes a lot of the stress away.

Instead they started building it without my permission and now they will not give me my money back. I was locking in the cost of the build when COVID happened. The first thing they could not guarantee certain options and the cost was therefore raised. I told them that I would inform them when to start building and they went ahead and built it and demanding additional fees and transportation. I hired an attorney and he sided with this company. I am on a fixed income and this money I will never recover. Additionally, the attorney cost was over $7,000.
