Zero Stars, Zero Recommendation. We have a brand new house, we had Caliber come tear out our brand new shower and put a new install in with glass sliding doors. It looked great, until we showered and water went all over our new floor. We told them of the issue and they went back and forth, finally they came 6 months later and put in new glass doors and said we had the wrong doors installed. We thought we were good to go with the new "shower". We used it a few times and noticed water coming up from under our floor after showering. It happened only when we showered. Its been a year now fighting with them, telling them we have a $18k shower we cant use. Water damage has ruined our flooring, and our trim. They sent their men over to see where the water was coming from, they seen water coming from under the flooring. They tore the brand new shower out and said since water wasn't under the shower pan that it was our toilet. We called a plumber and he said nothing is leaking in this bathroom. The Plumber said it had to of been the shower pan not being installed right or sealed right. After sending Caliber the invoice from the plumber with their notes they still are telling us to check our toilet. We have had no water leakage since they tore our shower apart and left it like this. We are left with our shower torn apart down to the studs and our new flooring ruined from the water damage. Its been a nightmare trying to work with these people to even get them to do what's right. I would not recommend this company what so ever. Save yourself the stress and money and find a company who stands behind their work and will come fix their faulty installs!!! Its been over a year since install and this is what we are left with, and $18k wasted!! They shouldn't be allowed to be in business. read more

Kim W. I am a very unhappy customer. Installation shouldn't be one day. Have had nothing but problems with the Jacuzzi shower tub. We have had them out 6 times for over a year and a half to fix many issues, the panels coming loose and being replaced. The handle to shut the door broke off. I spent well over $25,000.00 for this Jacuzzi bath and shower. I would not recommend Caliber to do the installation and follow-ups. The silicone caulking is horrible. The tub was not leveled when installed and had a puddle in the corner. The hinge on the glass broke. The wicker under the glass door has had to be replaced 3 times. read more

My mom called an 800 number she saw on the TV for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. They dispatched someone from Caliber, their regional contractor, the same day. This person not only did a great job walking us through options from Jacuzzi but also suggested some materials/fixtures from Kohler (another company they represent). We ended up selecting this company to remove our old tub and install a nice walk-in shower because the salesperson was not too pushy, but rather very helpful and informative. In the end, we ended up with parts and pieces from both Jacuzzi and Kohler that made a very nicely constructed shower. It has plenty of storage, two shower heads, a few safety grab bars, and a seat. As for our installer, he did a job great at finishing this job in just over a day and a half. In all, I am very happy with the end result and would do business with this company in the future. read more

We contacted them to install a jacuzzi shower system in a guest house we built for my in-laws. We have experienced so many problems with Caliber. The first crew installed the system incorrectly. Caliber ordered new product and sent a more experienced crew. The neglected to send the correct color window kit and the glass door had a large defect. New door and window kit ordered. When the crew returned, we discovered the panels around the window wall had cracked. Another reorder, we waited around today, only to be no showed. We could not be more frustrated! read more

If I could give a minus star I would. They were sent as a request for the jacuzzi bath remodel. When they arrived to do the quote, they tried to push Kohler. I ADVISED i had 7 weeks to complete removing the tub surround and replace with the shower. After 9 weeks I called and advised I had to take my Dad back east and they stated....ih we were going to call to schedule. As I knew I was going to be gone they refunded me $5,000.00 of the $7000.00 I paid them. I would have sued them but attorney fees would have been more. So long and short DONT USE THIS COMPANY. COST ME $2000.00 AND I HAVE THE SAME TUB. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!! read more
