After having been in a couple of car accidents back to back years that weren't my fault, I had to seek chiropractic when other doctors weren't fixing the pain. I was frustrated. Ability and Dr. Brady helped me get better in my neck and back. Went in for a spinal tune up, and was told the end bill would be around $100. It actually ended up at $225. It also took FOREVER and included a lot of high pressure sales tactics. The staff seems more like sales people than medical professionals, partly because they do not wear masks. When I asked the chiropractor if he'd been vaccinated, I was given a hazy answer. Now I'm getting a barrage of calls, emails, and text messages asking when my next appointment will be. So I hurt my back last year lifting tractor tires during a workout. I finally managed to make my way to a chiropractor, which I was told was the only person who could fix me. Not only is Ability near my work, they also accept my insurance, which was hard for me to find. I'm always in and out of there in a timely manner so I can get back to work. I've even taken advantage of their massage services, which are not covered by my insurance, but also very affordable. Brady works wonders with my back. I woke up about a month ago in excruciating pain, although my back was actually been hurting for years. I called Dr. Brady and he got me in within the hour. He did X-rays, adjusted me, and presented me with a comprehensive treatment plan. I've seen 3 other chiropractors in town without much success, so I was dubious. Dr. Brady and his staff are very professional, informative and friendly. It was my first visit to a chiropractor so I didn't really know what to expect but Dr. Brady explained everything in great detail to make sure I knew what he was doing and why. I have avoided going to a chiropractor for many years due to fear of the unknown. I've scheduled appointments only to cancel them at the last minute because I was too afraid to go in. It finally got to the point that I had tried everything else, doctors couldn't help me, traditional massages were too pricey for the small relief they provided, and I didn't know where else to turn. I researched every chiropractor in the area and read reviews to try and find the very best and I believe that I have! Starting from my very first appointment I felt completely at ease and comfortable in Dr. Brien's care. He took x-rays and explained them in detail, comparing mine to a normal x-ray to show the progress we'd need to see to help me get my life back. They're very helpful in setting up a care plan that works for you, whether or not you have insurance. I am going through a bit of a tough time currently and they're working with me to assure that I'm still getting in when I can and not breaking the bank. Both Dr. Brien and Dr. Brady are very knowledgeable and kind and will take the time to get to know you and address all of your concerns. The office is beautiful and open, the environment is warm and inviting, and I look forward to my adjustments rather than being afraid of them.
